BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am CEO and founder in the Slovak business company Lamedix Ltd. who operates on the International and domestic market from 2003.

For what projects/services did your company hire Ryvenia, and what were your goals?

Our previous website was developed in WordPress approx. 3 years ago with different IT company, but was not very workable. Thats why we decided to find a new young team who could provide for us a new, modern, redesigned and workable WordPress web site + create for us a new logo and make up a new E-shop for selling our products.

We found RYVENIA Ltd. company and ARE VERY SATISFIED. They gave us many very important, clear and focused advices. Understood our needs perfectly. They were very quick and precise in their work. Pretty flexible, although our requirements were changing a bit during the process. And the result of their work- web develepment is great, what brough us many new customers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We decided for Ryvenia based on recommendation of our friends; based on their visible work of the websites for other clients/companies; and based on our first online call where we could see they know what are they talking about.

- Flexible online meeting- within 30 minutes after contacting them by contacting form. - We discussed the goals - Their team designed and developed more modern WordPress site. - During the next days they put the new items into the website and created E-shop.

A project manager Kristian and his colleague Livia. They were both fully working on our website and available during the process.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our new modern website and new E-shop we got about 60% more new customers in comparison with the previous year.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They worked with the whole our team. We had an online communication every 2-3 days. We settled them our ideas and requirements and they presented us their results step by step- approx. every second day, to agree if we are both on the same wave. And we were. They could also explain us everything what we needed to understand about it in easier IT language, more understandable for us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very professional. We really liked their creativity and flexibility. But what is really great -they stayed in professional touch with us after they already finished their work on our website. Anytime we need a quick advice or to put any new item into the website we can rely on them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We would not change anything. We are satisfied with everything as it went.
