I’m the order manager, I manage company operations and fulfillment.

We worked with Ryan to grow revenue and optimize the website. He helped with strategy on staffing and brand development.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Referral. We connected easily with Ryan and knew that was imperative for a consulting relationship.

We had weekly meetings in person and online, and discussed strategy, hiring, goals and challenges. On the back end Ryan and his team created a Shopify site and optimized it for our brand and SEO.

We mainly worked with Ryan but he has a back end team that helps with some SEO.

We grew from $200k to over $500k in the 3 years Ryan has worked with us. It has made it so much easier to navigate day to day business decisions.

We community over email and text, Ryan is very prompt.

His unique take on business allowed us to differentiate and solve problems in creative ways.
