I’m a partner at Binayak Honda, a motorcycle company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with RV Ventures?

During COVID-19, our business got hit. As a result, we needed someone to develop our e-commerce site and manage our marketing efforts.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

RV Ventures built our WordPress website so that we could sell online. The team also designed the images and content that was placed on our platform. On top of that, they uploaded products and managed the backend panel. They completed the site within a month, but they had to add more functions and features using PHP and HTML. One of the features they integrated was a customer management system. The site was officially completed in September 2020.

With their support, our external customers can book our services and purchase a vehicle directly from the website. Our third-party stakeholders can also sell and buy used vehicles from different people. They now spearhead our SEO efforts for our website which includes speed optimization. They’ve also created our social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. On top of that, they’ve promised to support our website for free.

What is the team composition?

We’re working with two developers, a designer, and a content writer. My main point of contact is Rahul (Co-Founder).

How did you come to work with RV Ventures?

We searched online, and we contacted multiple vendors. Some of them had expensive services, and some of them were not trustworthy. RV Ventures stood out because of their excellent proposal.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent 250,000 Indian rupees (approximately $3,300 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership began in May 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to them, we’ve been able to do online selling after they’ve developed our site. That has helped increase our sales a bit which has allowed us to have a third showroom and a new service center. On the other hand, with their marketing efforts, we’ve increased our brand visibility. Overall, they’ve delivered what we've wanted.

How did RV Ventures perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management process is great. Whenever we need their support, they’re always available regardless of the time. We can always call or email them and reach them through WhatsApp. For example, when we’ve experienced an issue with our site, they’ve been able to get our platform running smoothly again. Overall, we have a very fruitful relationship.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’ve been impressed that they always deliver what they commit to and even beyond what we’ve agreed on.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I’d have them improve. Everything has been perfect. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They can provide you with a wonderful solution, and they’re awesome. During the COVID-19 pandemic, there have been many web developers calling and reaching out to us. However, they don’t facilitate their work properly. We’ve also hired another person before hiring RV Venture for our project, and their output isn’t good. As a result, we’ll continue working with RV Ventures because they’re the best.
