o    Full-Stack Development: Develop, maintain, and optimize both front-end and back-end components of the web application, ensuring seamless integration, responsiveness, and user experience across platforms.

Deliverables were consistently completed on time, with only minor adjustments when requirements shifted — and in those cases, they adapted quickly without impacting overall timelines.

They were also highly responsive to our needs, showing flexibility in addressing priority changes and incorporating feedback. Their proactive approach to clarifying requirements and their willingness to adjust workloads when necessary helped ensure smooth progress and alignment with our objectives.

What I found most impressive about this company is the combination of their deep technical expertise and their ability to adapt seamlessly to project changes. They consistently demonstrated flexibility when priorities shifted without compromising on quality or timelines.

Are there any areas for improvement or something RugerTek could have done differently?

The team performed very well overall. An area for improvement would be more proactive communication around risks and dependencies, as well as slightly stronger documentation to support smoother handoffs.

 I’m the CPO of a software company that prints digital brand prints in the transfer guides of SENACSA, which are currently drawn by hand in most companies.

What challenge were you trying to address with RugerTek?

 We needed help with web platform development, OCR reading, user/password management, and web services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

RugerTek developed a web platform with user login for many companies, a master admin user, and OCR capabilities. The team also conducted a discovery phase and designed the product.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 4–6 teammates from RugerTek.

How did you come to work with RugerTek?

A good friend of mine works there. I chose RugerTek because I had a good relationship with him, so I thought I could get close attention.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from June 2024 to February 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We successfully launched the web platform and started using it step by step. Users save 80% of their time and can track their sales. We have three companies using the platform.

How did RugerTek perform from a project management standpoint?

RugerTek delivered on time. We had problems twice, but I know that’s part of life. We communicated via Zoom calls and WhatsApp.

I was impressed by how reachable they were.

We hired RugerTek for website and integral development and programming.

What was the scope of work like?

RugerTek developed our website and back- and frontend applications. The team integrated a calendar, indexed databases, MCP servers, API functions, and more.

We found RugerTek through a referral. We chose them for their trust, knowledge, and support.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with RugerTek for the backend and frontend from June 2023–December 2024. We launched the website a couple of weeks ago.

The platform and website went live, and the integrations with our clients were excellent.
