I’m the head of digital marketing at BrainStar International School, an international school located in Bangalore.

What challenge were you trying to address with RPGS Software?

We were looking for digital marketing services. We also needed help with developing an ERP solution for our school.

What is the scope of their involvement?

RPGS Software has developed a complete ERP solution for us on PHP, and they provide us with digital marketing services. The ERP system that they’ve developed for us covers our inquiries, admissions, and student attendance. RPGS Software has also provided our teachers with training on how to feed the system with students’ data, and they’ve helped us onboard new students to show them the different features they can find on it.

As for RPGS Software’s digital marketing, their services include website optimization and ad campaign management. Their team runs Google Ads and social media campaigns for us to generate quality leads, and they also help us with the creative work needed, including content writing and brochure design.

What is the team composition?

RPGS Software has assigned a dedicated team of six people to our project. Their team includes a team lead, a content writer, a performance marketer, and a developer. Additionally, we work with a product manager in charge of the ERP system.

How did you come to work with RPGS Software?

Somebody who had worked with them referred us to them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent close to $10,000.

What is the status of the engagement?

We began our partnership in October 2022, and it’s still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thus far, RPGS Software has helped us achieve 246 inquiries, out of which we’ve had 32 admissions. Therefore, our conversion rate is around 15%.

How did RPGS Software perform from a project management standpoint?

RPGS Software’s communication is good. To write content, they visit our campus every week and go through our events and classroom activities. Additionally, their team lead provides us with monthly feedback and a weekly report on results. We use Slack and email for communication.

As for budget management, RPGS Software is fairly priced compared to their competitors. Moreover, they’ve helped us to understand the monthly budget we needed and what we can expect with that budget.

What did you find most impressive about them?

RPGS Software is very strong in conversion rate optimization.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if RPGS Software could help us increase our website’s visibility online.

Any advice for potential customers?

Have a clear strategy and expectations. Additionally, having open lines of communication is great for both parties involved.
