Roxiler has developed multiple iterations of my product end-to-end.. including Backend,Frontend and infra setup. They have been maintaining the product since it's development and from time to time they have also introduced new features on it. They're extremely skilled in their technologies and very professional to work with. Over the years I have witnessed their growth from a startup to a mature organization run by passionate hard working and skilled founders and team members.

They delivered per the timelines committed by them. They have responded to our needs by going above and beyond; coming in to meetings with our customers, communicating with our customers so they can better understand end-user requirements.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very well versed with their tech stack. They seem to have a work culture and ethics in place and it looks as if they take efforts to inculcate these in their team as well, since we find it equally pleasing to work with all the team members who have worked with us so far.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Roxiler Systems could have done differently?

Initially when our product was new and we were new, so was Roxiler. We began our entrepreneurial journey together. Due to us both being newbies, we perhaps invested some misplaced funds and efforts towards a tech stack that we eventually re-built. However I would not call this out against Roxiler since the final decision was ours.
