The primary objective of this project is to develop an intuitive User Interface (UI) that is specialized in handling data and information, while also adhering to modern design principles and maintaining consistency with the brand's visual identity (VI). The goal is to create a UI that effectively presents data, is visually appealing, and provides a seamless and user-friendly experience for the target audience. 

1. Brand Visual Identity Integration: The UI design should align with the brand's visual identity (VI) guidelines. Incorporate the brand's color palette, typography, and other design elements into the dashboard UI to maintain consistency with the overall brand image. (we will provide its brand VI book ) 
2. Cross-Platform Compatibility: Ensure that the UI design is compatible with various platforms and devices. The dashboard should work seamlessly across different web browsers and operating systems. Consider responsive design principles to adapt the UI to different screen sizes and orientations. 
3. The project will involve utilizing our company's raw data charts as the basis for visual design. This includes enhancing visual hierarchy, color and contrast, as well as the overall appearance and style of the charts. It is crucial to maintain a consistent style for colors, fonts, legends, and other visual elements throughout the dashboard or application to establish a cohesive and unified user experience. 
4. Two color themes (light and dark) are required. 
5. The project is scheduled to span a duration of 6 weeks from the start. We will provide a priority ranking for each screen, which will be incorporated into the project work plan. The main procedures for the project are as follows: 

• Offering Prototype Design Options: Multiple prototype design options will be presented to us, allowing them to make an informed choice regarding the preferred design direction. 
• Clarifying Project Contents and Requirements: Each screen will be thoroughly analyzed to ensure a clear understanding of the project's contents and requirements. Meetings will be scheduled to facilitate detailed discussions on each screen, addressing any questions or concerns. 
• Incremental Delivery and Confirmation: The project work will be delivered in stages, beginning with a few screens. We will review and confirm the delivered screens, providing their approval. This enables the coding work to commence internally, based on the confirmed designs.

I recently worked with RondesignLab on a UI design project and was extremely satisfied with their project management and delivery. They demonstrated strong skills in several key areas: 

• Timeliness - They delivered all aspects of the project on schedule or ahead of schedule. All milestones were met as planned. Any changes or adjustments were addressed promptly without impacting the timeline. 
• Communication - Their project manager provided regular updates on progress and was very responsive to any questions I had. There was clear communication around scope, tasks, deadlines and potential issues. They were transparent about project status. 
• Responsiveness - They were attentive to any needs or feedback I expressed. If I requested a modification, they evaluated it quickly and found solutions. They welcomed input to ensure the final product met my requirements. 
• Attention to Detail - The quality of their work was excellent. All deliverables were carefully designed, developed and tested. They took the time to address little details to deliver a polished, pixel-perfect end product. 
• Collaboration - We worked very well as a team. They were collaborative partners and valued my contributions, insights and reviews. Together we problem-solved and made the project a success through our cooperation. 

Overall, RondesignLab demonstrated superb project management that kept this UI development on track, on budget and of the highest quality. I would not hesitate to recommend them and am looking forward to working with them again on future projects.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was extremely pleased with the UI design project RondesignLab completed for us. What I found most impressive was their innovative approach to prototyping and user testing. Rather than simply designing screens on paper or in mockup software, they built fully interactive prototypes that allowed us to get early feedback. We were able to test different design concepts, flows and interactions before a single line of code was written. 

This led to many useful insights that strengthened the final design. Small tweaks based on prototyping saved us from building unnecessary or confusing features. It also uncovered opportunities we hadn't considered initially. Being able to test so early, when changes were still relatively easy to make, streamlined our development process tremendously. We avoided redo work and built the right thing from the start based on user needs.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Working with overseas designers has its challenges. The key here was to describe what was needed in detail, then allow for them to provide alternative designs and I would pick the best one. Simply asking them to create it from scratch without good instruction will result in subpar designs, but if the instructions are clear, including, in many cases, drawn wireframes, then they do their best work.

They have beautiful UI

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Better checks before I saw the designs. Sometimes they wouldn't follow instructions correctly. The only other issue was sometimes the work for the day was very light, didn't seem like a full day's work. Thankfully this would be corrected when it started to happen.

We hired Ron Design Lab to develop and design our website.

What were your goals for this project?

To develop a website for our rental company that included a landing page, customer login, product pages, and cart. We also hired them to design the website, we had a few meetings to discuss our expectations (although they were not met).

How did you select this vendor?

We found them online and were inspired by their Instagram (although the final product was very poor compared to the services they advertise).

We hired Ron Design Lab to develop and design our website. Unfortunately, it was a costly mistake that we regret to this day. After months of work, lots of miscommunications, and poor results on their behalf, we never received a final product. In fact, two weeks post our goal launch date we were forced to create a website on our own as Ron Design Lab was unable to finish the site as discussed. It was a huge disappointment working with them because not only were they not able to provide us with a working site, they also were the sole cause of our delayed launch. And even after not providing the services they promised, they refused to refund us. The minimal work they did do was very poor considering the cost of their services. When they implemented the finalized design, there were a number of bugs, and rookie mistakes (like words bleeding into photos and inconsistent section sizes). After terminating the project we have decided to work with a law firm in Ukraine to help us retrieve some of the losses from this project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Working with Ron Design Lab was by far the most costly and time-wasting mistake we made during the launch of our company. They were not able to deliver a website by our original launch date (despite communicating they would be able to), and even after postponing our launch twice more, they still did complete the website. Plus the work they did finish was not up to par with their advertised services. We were constantly sending them emails to fix bugs and design errors that were rookie mistakes.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The worst project management we experienced from all the companies we worked with during the launch. They didn't provide any updates or a timeline of their work schedule. Throughout the project we worked with only one individual who was constantly making excuses about delaying our project and who only delivered results after numerous requests and emails. It was very poorly managed, and in the end, they weren't even able to finish our project on time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The work they showcase online is very impressive and what originally inspired us to work with them. Unfortunately, the work they provided was not even comparable. It was like we hired a completely different company.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Time management, communication, fair pricing to start. But I would also recommend they update their website to showcase projects they are able to offer, as our website looked like it was created by someone with no prior experience and the design was not only outdated but an embarrassment for the price.
