Scope of work included a full custom website design and build, from design to go-live within a 5 week timeframe. In addition to this was dedicated IT Staff Augmentation to be delivered on an ongoing monthly basis.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Key SEO metrics including volume of targeted keywords in top 3, top 10, top 20 and top 100 vs our main competitors in the market. Each improved dramatically. Key commercial metrics included volume of web leads generated on a daily basis (increase of 400% within 4 weeks) and volume of inbound calls (increased 200% within 8 weeks).

RockTech management were excellent and quick to respond and adapt to changing scope within the project. Key deliverables were delivered on time to a high standard. Project manager was added value by proactively solving technical challenges that arose during the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are able to add value by being up to date with the latest SEO changes and techniques affecting our industry specifically. Their service combines technical expertise, punctuality and professionalism. IT Staff provided were higher standard than expected and fluent in English which was a great benefit for an outsourced staff augmentation provider.
