We required a brand-new website, from scratch, which would be modern, quick, mobile-friendly and easy to navigate, while maintaining the professional profile of a company which has been around since 1990.

Having known the CEO for years, having seen samples of Rocketvan's work, and having worked with him in a similar project in the past, I wanted to achieve a similar flawless result.

We had a kickstart meeting using Teams, sharing screens and live sketching, to brief Rocketvan of our desired outcomes. The key features of the website to be created were clearly stated as well as some "nice to have". The team at Rocketvan created "look & feel" slides to give us an exact taste of how the website would look like. The design developed in a stepped approach, always having regular meetings with screen sharing. At the delivery of the website we held an additional meeting where Rocketvan explained in great detail all the back-of-house functions for us to manage the website.

Rodo (the CEO) was constantly liaising with us, from beginning to end, reporting the thoughts & comments of his designers when suitable.

The website has been a great success, as there has been a constant & steady flow of incoming messages through our website. It has also reduced the amount of time we used to devote to communicating information with potential clients, as we can now simply direct them to our website.

The Rocketvan team maintained regular meetings and feedback, keeping us always informed of the development stage. They would use any means appropriate (video calls, screen sharing, emails) to ensure the design was in line with our expectations, and they would always share their thoughts and experience-based suggestions.

What's impressive is their ability to understand, visualize and create what we had in mind. They even went beyond this, by suggesting additional improvements.

I genuinely can't think of how they could have dealt with this project more efficiently.

I’m the co-founder of That's Me. We create personalized books for young people; it’s a walk-through story to help children reach their milestones, such as using the potty, going to sleep in their own bed, attending nursery for the first time, and so on.

We needed someone to support us in making our books have a personalized element to them.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ROCKETVAN has created images, different characters, and a widget to put children within our books. The widget goes within our Shopify website. They’ve used their own platform and merged it with Shopify.

Initially, we explained to them what we wanted, and they got on with it. Apart from the widget, they’ve also created a JSON file to ensure that our PDFs and the customer information are delivered in the appropriate format for the printers.

We have one main point of contact, a web designer, and a programmer.

We’ve spent roughly £7,000 (approximately $7,500 USD).

We contacted them in September 2021, and the contract started in October 2021. Our engagement is still ongoing.

They’ve gone above and beyond. The products we’ve created with their widget are beyond our expectations. We’re very happy about our engagement; we couldn’t have done it without ROCKETVAN.

They’re fantastic; they’ve communicated well with us. They’ve even supported us in understanding the process through Google Meet. Also, they’ve sent videos of them explaining things.

We mainly talk through emails, but we also have their number, so we can contact them through WhatsApp if needed.

They’re great at communicating, letting us know what they’re doing, and talking us through the process.

We searched web developers with expertise in the healthcare sector. After hearing from an old client who provided excellent feedback we met and discussed my project. I felt they were the perfect fit for my goals.

We had an initial meeting to set goals and they were helpful in providing the important key features for the project. There was a specific requirement for an interactive application that would prove difficult to design but it was developed with great success. The final outcome was of high quality; only a few iterations were necessary to tweak it to my taste.

The project manager with 2 developers and an associated back end specialist for the interactive application.

Customers have provided great feedback on the website and its appearance. It has given them a better understanding of our work and so they use our services with more confidence. Proof of this is the increase in queries and multiple customers reaching us through the contact form

We would have regular meetings to assess the progress and requirements of the project. Rodo is a great communicator always bringing in valuable ideas and input along the way. At all times the deadlines were met as established.

The proximity of the project manager and their ability to understand the client's needs and go the extra mile to deliver an outstanding product.
