We hired Rock IT to develop cloud CRM and mobile applications for end users

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched on Google and interviewed about 5 different companies, including Rock IT. Luckily, they were also a reference, so we decided to chose them

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We're developing an app for Android and iOS, a web app for end users, a CRM for horeca venues' managers, a tablet app for horeca venues' hostes. It's a full-fledged development project. Rock IT team used PHP, JS, Kotlin and Swift technologies in the project

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had 10 developers, including the project manager and designer

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

With the UI prototype of the apps, we have raised good funding from VC. We even sell the part of our system as white label

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The project manager was handling one more project at the same time but never disappointed our expectations. We had full access to task management tool, project wiki and etc

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They solved all problems pretty quickly and always thought from the customer’s side

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We hadn't any issues with Rock IT
