I am the owner of a cosmetic company in Spain.

I started a new business cosmetics, we had no website to sell my product I needed an e-commerce website to increase my sales and show my product around the world. RissaSoft company was suggested by one of my friends, they helped me to achieve my goals by creating a very good e-commerce website for my products.

I chose RissaSoft because of its excellent service and economical prices.

The e-commerce website contained five phases with RissaSoft. In phase one we explained our need, phase two they showed us some demo phases three and four showed us their progress and asked for feedback from us. In phase five they showed the completed form of our website and project and everything was great.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The project manager Hasib Mohmand was the one always in contact with us, but in phases 3 and 4 we also met the 3 developers and designers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our e-commerce website for my cosmetic company, we realized 58% traffic for our product. The client loves our website and gives positive feedback about the performance and accessibility of purchasing products.

I had weekly stand-ups with their project manager, who communicated with the rest of the team. If there were any problems, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare. They used HTML and Javascript for developing our e-commerce website.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

RissaSoft prepared a very professional website for us, in the begging it was hard for us to understand it but they took the time to teach us all the contents of our e-commerce website for updating the files and documents in it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I haven't noticed anything different in our needs, the project final phase was even better than we expected.
