Initial scope of work includes:

• Understanding of current business process and challanges faced with  single user access which needa shift to a scalable software to be operated across the globe accessible over internet.
• Streamline channels for manufacturing and dispatch process and to have proper inventory management system starting from Grey to pack, task assignment to respective unit , meter male, job party printing and related items.
• Generating sales invoice and integration with respective  govt compliance units and have a proper ledger report of sales and payment recieables and outstanding.
• Bifurcation of sales as per region wise with agencies tagged to have seamless calculation of sales figures.
