I am the CEO of FEELGOOD Natural Recovery. We offer an all-natural hangover remedy.

For what projects/services did your company hire RevvLab, and what were your goals?

We were about to launch a new product and needed assistance with redesigning the shop page and product pages for our new products. In addition, RevvLab completed all of the development work to get our new products live on the website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a combination of expertise and value as well as thorough communicators. During the initial interview phase, we knew RevvLab was a perfect match for our company.

First, we worked with RevvLab to finalize designs, next they executed the development work, published the new designs, and conducted production testing. All design work was completed using Figma and all development work was completed inside the Shopify platform.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with five RevvLab team members. Their positions were: Managing Partner, Project Manager, Designer, and multiple Developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The total project took three weeks from start to finish.

The communication was unmatched and the timeline was more than reasonable considering all of the changing variables along the way. We communicated via phone, email, Figma, and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We like their professionalism, experience, efficiency, and communication.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing comes to mind.

I have a lead-gen WordPress site that needs some UI/UX design changes and API integration to a 3rd party software that we use to monetize our leads. - Customize a form plugin to trigger a pop-up message for users - Integrate the form data to a 3rd party software using their REST API

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Earlier we were manually posting the data so if a customer was approved then we would have to email them. After this initiative, we are able to make decisions for the customer in minutes and redirect them to the buyer's website live in the session.

I was getting daily updates from them on the UpWork platform.

They were quick, responsive, and cost-effective.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If they could support Joomla & Drupal that would be nice.
