I’m the founder of Web3 Texas.

What challenge were you trying to address with Reveation Labs?

We needed a company that could develop a website for us to help us build out our online digital footprint and online presence.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started the engagement with an initial discovery phase, wherein we discussed our requirements and needs as well as our brand’s importance and assets. After that, Reveation Labs quickly started to work on designing and developing the site using Webflow.

The site was predominantly read-only, but it has some functionalities, such as a contact form and the option for people to contact us for different types of volunteer opportunities that are nonprofit. There's also a very well-built roadmap that showcases what our roadmap is for the future in a very dynamic way.

Reveation Labs is also tasked with maintaining and hosting our site through Webflow.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with a project manager, a designer, and a developer from Reveation Labs.

How did you come to work with Reveation Labs?

Reveation Labs actually came to see me speak at an IT conference. They approached me and told me that they were big fans of my content on LinkedIn and that they’d love to discuss a potential partnership with us.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Radiation Labs understood our value and mission and delivered a high-quality, high-functioning, responsive website in about two and a half days, which I've never seen done before.

We just started with Google Analytics, so I don't have a good trend yet, but I've seen about a 10% uptick in our LinkedIn followers as well as a significant increase in our conversion rate.

How did Reveation Labs perform from a project management standpoint?

Reveation Labs has performed well in terms of project management. They were incredibly efficient and productive.

We use Notion to manage our tasks and documents, and we typically communicate through email, phone calls, and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed with Reveation Labs’ speed and quality of work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I have no complaints.

Make sure to be very detailed, clear, and concise about what you want so they can deliver exactly what you want.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We needed 5 extra software developers and 2 quality assurance engineers to quickly join an ongoing project and enhance an existing team. Revelation labs Group’s backend developers assisted our team in developing the server-side part of the product. They implemented a dozen of important product features on their own while assisting our in-house team on their tasks.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Revelation labs Group’s team has managed to assign the needed 7 people to the project in as long as 2 weeks, all of them hand-picked to comply with our requirements in hard and soft skills. The result of team augmentation was the faster release of vital product features and our ability to deliver the solution with no significant bugs or security flaws.

All the deliverables we asked for were delivered on time. Reveation Labs' team was always quick to respond and resolve any issues we faced. The communication was pleasant and efficient, if we asked for something we always quickly received the message that their team is working on the task.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The pace they work at while providing high quality services. To augment our existing team, Revelation labs Group assembled a custom team of 7 engineers that were experts in their scope of work. All the job was done fast and well, we spent the minimal amount of time onboarding the specialists.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Reveation Labs could have done differently?

We couldn’t find anything significant that would need improvement.
