I am the CEO of Infinity Insurance Partners, a Phoenix-based insurance brokerage. We offer consultative services and tailored coverage for both commercial and personal insurance needs.

We needed back office support for our agency.

Remote Raven interviewed and found applicants for the roles we needed to fill. They also assisted with onboarding, but we handle all the training ourselves.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our efficiency and costs have definitely improved. We now have faster response times and service, with certificates and endorsements processed the same day.

We primarily communicated via email or messaging app.

How would you describe Remote Raven’s project management?

Remote Raven does not provide project management. They outsource people to us from the Philippines and South America, and we train the people they find for us. There are no deliverables or project management involved.

What did you find most impressive or unique about working with Remote Raven?

I am impressed by how much time and effort they put into finding us the right people who fit our business model.

Is there anything Remote Raven could have done better or differently in your ongoing working relationship?
