scope was to design the strategy and consulting us, content based marketing, web portal design and development along with digital marketing with their unique approach. we used Basecamp and dot net for project tools and techniques.

their were around a team of 8-10 people, broadly covering:

• business analyst
• designers and developers
• marketing managers, etc.

every one among the team was so professional and good in job.

we were happy with the services and outcome was a well defined strategy, web application (responsive) and generated loads of useful leads within 30 days.

we used basecamp for communication and project tracking, it was easy, quick and useful.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We had a digital road map, which was very detailed and listed out various functionality improvements to the site. This includes installations of various magento apps, building an integration with our supplier and building out multibuy functionality on the site.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They would make the most simple of tasks very complicated. Every single deliverable we gave them required about 3-5 iterations as they would never get it right first time. They wouldnt ever listen to a brief properly and used no common sense. We tried to get a stock feed integration live, were quoted two weeks and in the end took over two months. They would pause work at a moments notice, were not responsive and caused various errors on the website.

They rarely delivered a project on time. In face i would say that three quarters of the projects overran. we never got responses from them either. my most recent integration with them required 3 emails and a whatsapp before they eventually replied.

I didnt find anything impressive with them. What was unique would be the fact i have never worked with an agency that was so slow to respond and made so many mistakes

Are there any areas for improvement or something Refresh Ideas could have done differently?

They could improve communication. Use their common sense when working and tell us when they dont understand something instead of charging hours of work guessing what we meant
