To develop a logo for the brand name where a detailed meaning, ethos and vision document was shared , the key deliverables were logo, brand guidelines, brand color , font and mockups

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Unfortunately the logos were not matching the requirement document and they kept on churning out logos without a proper consultation or feedback and the 50% payment done was wasted. None of the logos came close to the brand aspirations that were clearly wrote down !

Met deadlines, no effective communication with the design team and the focal point. Lack of understanding of the concept. Mechanical production which is doesn't bring the unique brand identity!

The response to the query is prompt, but they lack any consideration to understand client requirements in depth! For a founder this is not a company to work with! The ideation lacked originality and authenticity/ soul

Should have engaged a dialogue with client to brainstorm the ideas! Nothing was done ! I can attach the sample logos they mass produced ! No life , no meaning ! Just shapes
