The contract of services included the set up and mangement of a profitable Ebay and Tik Tok Store.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Over a period of 6 months starting February I paid $2750 for services and received an Ecommerce payout of $103.82 from Ebay.  This was not a successful outcome and instead, I received many complaints of counterfeit plush toys and fake perfumes received by unsatisfied customers.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

A sales person named 'Roberrt' did the sales pitch and supervised the store set up on Ebay.  The store that I paid for was never developed on Tik Tok.  They have not been responsive in answering customer inquiries, returns, preparing sales reports or answering calls.  I am asking for a full refund due to nonperformance.  They have also damaged my seller profile that is now full of complaints and negative comments on the goods they listed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Nothing is impressive.  They seem to have a fake website to lure customers to pay their fees.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Red Feather Solutions LLC could have done differently?

They made false claims about their level of professionalism and at they could list and manage my ecommerce sites.  They made representations that they were managing very successful stores and earning substantial profits.  Instead, they took thousands of dollars from me a listed unsatisfactory products that delivered only $103 in profits from Feb to July 2026.
