Reckonsys provided key engineering support as we revamped our web portal for teachers. Initially they worked on the frontend code, but later also added support on our backend.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The projects they were involved with were delivered on time, the number of bugs reported were very low, and the time to resolve bugs was very good (within a day in most instances).

While we managed the project, their engineering staff communicate well, and also performed well, and delivered solutions on schedule, and often ahead of schedule.

The quality of their work stands out. Being remote, they work well independently, and often solve problems that they discover without the need for a lot of back-and-forth or micromanagement.

Reckonsys team worked with us shoulder to shoulder with our in-house team to complete this project. It was really an amazing experience, we had lots of challenges, but together we could resolve them all. They have big role in making NuFlights a big success, the platform is highly scalable,robust and really user-friendly.

Yes, they did delivery it. Had some small challenges one or two times, but we could resolve it quickly. They were very reasonable and attentive to our needs. They respond positively.
