I’m the managing director of a web development and design agency using Webflow.

What challenge were you trying to address with re7consulting Romania?

We were trying to generate leads for a client who we designed and developed a website for.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

re7consulting  had to set up, monitor, and optimize a Google Ads campaign for us, and provide us with a monthly report on how it performs. They initially did some discovery with us and researched about the opportunities on what was viable or not.

In addition to that, we also did a LinkedIn campaign, but found out that it wasn’t very profitable — so we stopped it and put all our budget into Google Ads.

What is the team composition?

We have a managing director who’s handling us as an account, a sales representative who handles sales and invoices, and a data engineer.

How did you come to work with re7consulting Romania?

I met Sebastian (CEO) through a mutual connection. We then did an initial consultation call and they gave me the confidence that they would be able to take on the project and challenge.

How much have you invested with them?

I’d say it’s close to $5,000 now.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2021, and our partnership is still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They had 72 conversions from June–July, with a conversion rate of 9.45%. They got us some really good results and the optimization score for the campaign was above 70%.

How did re7consulting Romania perform from a project management standpoint?

They always keep me up to date, in the loop, and reports come in on a monthly basis. We always touch base on how it’s going so from that perspective, the process is really easy to go through.

We use Zoom to communicate and I’m involved in ClickUp, a project management software. They have a space for me so I can what’s going on and I can talk to them quite easily.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I would say that the process is easy and frictionless.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Off the top of my head, it’s hard to think of anything negative from the engagement.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have a well-written brief before you approach them, so that they can easily understand what you’re trying to achieve.

We’re a warehousing and transportation company working locally and abroad with clients who move offices. I’m a project manager in the company responsible for maintaining relationships with all our agencies. We’re located in Bucharest, Romania.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Agentia re7consulting Romania?

We went to them because they’re the only German company working in Romania. Our main problem was that we needed to redesign our website to make it more mobile responsive.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Agentia re7consulting Romania developed our website, after which they created some Google and Facebook ads to reach our potential clients. They set up the first meeting with us, during which we discussed everything about our branding guidelines, what the website should look like, and what its uses would be. They also did market and keyword research for SEO and Google Ads.

We first came up with an idea of what we wanted it to look like, after which they created a brief for their internal programmers. We then received four versions of all 10 major pages of the website, and we worked on improving those together with their team. We spent a lot of time on articles and other content on the website with their dedicated copywriters.

We used the WordPress CMS for the website, and some of the landing pages for funnel conversion were built using Instapage. They created the entire template based on another WordPress theme, out of the four proposed ones. The chosen design worked well for us, as well as for our clients and other platforms’ standards.

The main feature of the website is its Instapage landing pages, which have lead forms on them that present all the information in a basic way. The WordPress site has the Yoast SEO plug-in installed. They also implemented Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and all the pixels on the website are tracked for retargeting. In terms of marketing, they handled SEO, Google and Facebook PPC, and website content.

What is the team composition?

Our main contact persons were Alexandra (Head of Digital Marketing, Agentia re7consulting Romania) and Sebastian (Managing Director, Agentia re7consulting Romania), from Germany. Also on the team were two programmers, one SEO manager, and one content manager.

How did you come to work with Agentia re7consulting Romania?

Someone from my team found them through a social media ad and sent it to me.

How much have you invested with them?

The website, including its content and the on-page SEO, cost close to €2,500. They had a fee based on performance for our marketing campaigns which was between €1,000–€3,000 a month, so the total cost with them has been around €15,000–€16,000 (approximately $17,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Agentia re7consulting Romania in mid-2018, and they’re still working on the maintenance of the website, and they’re tracking the leads coming through the landing pages. We stopped the social media work two months ago because we aren't in an acquisition period anymore.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Agentia re7consulting Romania performed really well compared to our previous experience. They delivered around 40–50 leads per month for us. From my point of view, the website was a bit expensive compared to other possibilities from the market, but it was better for future development, and more complete from a UX point of view.

We wanted the content of the website to be based on neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), to persuade potential clients to complete the forms on the landing pages. We didn’t have that in the past, with other companies. 

How did Agentia re7consulting Romania perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered everything within our budget. We went over the project timeline by two weeks, but it was a delay caused by our team.

Their digital marketing head handled our communications and kept in touch with us. We had 1–2 calls per week, depending on the week. When we were running multiple campaigns with them, we had one call every morning as well. They’re really open to meetings and are always able to deliver results on things agreed to in those meetings.

We worked with a tool called Taskworld, which they provided. It was pretty easy to use, and we didn’t have any problems with task management. A lot of work was done with calls and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a relatively small team, but it doesn't define them. They’re quite young and passion-driven, and they want to deliver results more than just make a profit. They provided us support every time we had a question without any concern as to the amount of work it took.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Everything went fine during our collaboration, and I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.
