I’ve worked with teams before that don’t understand what I want. They try to add a feature but don’t understand the bigger picture. I like to see how a feature fits into the overall pie, and RapidDev is really good at that. The team helps me understand what I’m trying to get across.Are there any areas they could improve?Some platforms we use, like Loom, only work for 30 days for me to put comments in them. Once my free trial expired, I couldn’t put comments in Loom directly. I could still receive the Loom videos and watch them, but I had to email my thoughts. I put the time of the video where RapidDev asked a question or showed a feature so they could access it and see what I was speaking about. It would’ve been easier to do it in Loom itself. Once the free trial expired, I was out of luck.Do you have any advice for potential customers?Give RapidDev as much information as you can. Sometimes people hold back because they don’t know if RapidDev will understand everything they tell them or if they’ll overwhelm them. However, the team has a great capacity to interpret things. She has done so much more than what other project managers would do. She is not just executing on tasks; she really dove in and understands the platform we’re building. When there were specific questions about the platform, she had almost as much expertise as we did on how it would impact the project. Rather than accepting everything that we thought might be helpful, he pushed back and made us really thoughtfully consider what was actually worth including in the MVP and what was not. We came to the conclusion that no code software was not the best long-term solution for our mobile app in the long term, but that did not have to do with RapidDev.
