They’ve created custom WordPress theme templates, WordPress plugins, React and JavaScript websites, SEO work, and more. We’ve used them for many different development tasks.

There’s one project manager, 2–3 developers, and likely a designer.

We found them through a freelancing website, and it looked like they could provide good value for money.

We’ve spent $15,000–$20,000 over the course of our work together.

We started working together in November 2016 and are still actively working together.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our team was quite happy with the deliverables on our first project together, so we decided to keep them on for additional projects. We are happy with their work, and our clients have been as well.  

How did Ramlogics Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

There is a slight language barrier, so we have to make sure we’re communicating our needs clearly. Once we do that, we feel that they’re effectively delivering on what we ask of them. They provide very detailed project timelines, and project management is on point.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

They offer a great deal of value for our money, producing high-quality work.  

Are there any areas they could improve?

At some points, we have to be pretty hands-on to ensure that they understand the full scope of our project. Aside from that, they’ve been an ideal partner.

If you have time to provide extra details throughout the project, that would likely be beneficial.

Pricing and communication were their strengths.

The first stage is the creation of a simple website containing home, courses, and about us. The second stage was to add forum, blog, and other.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

So far I am happy with the product delivered. Still, some testing to undergo but so far so good.

They communicate very well. There is a time difference but we've got used to it and managed it well between us.

Their friendliness and availability to make changes in order to achieve the best end result impressed us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes there were changes made to the website without previous consultation which was a little bit time consuming for me to go back and forth making sure everything was the way it should be.
