We wanted our website to provide a first impression with our clients that showed the quality our craftsmanship can bring to their home. Some of our design requests were a bit outside of the box compared to what you see in our industry. We had actually hired another company prior to hiring Rafa Digital to get our website completed and they just missed the mark. 

Working with Tony and Ethan at Rafa Digital they were quick to get the more custom functionalities and designs I'd requested live and able to be seen from my desktop in the first week. They set my mind at ease and completed this project several weeks before I thought it would be done.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Initially, they laid out a timeline for the max time that it would take to complete each step. Some of these including things like: Initial Design Content Writing Image Selection Rough Draft Final Version Revisions At every step of the way they were days if not weeks ahead of schedule in a way that made us thrilled we'd used them to make our website. 

Knowing exactly what we wanted we would have been happy to have our vision matched, they exceeded it in ways we didn't even know were possible.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Delivered all items on time and responded in under twenty minutes anytime we reached out with a question. Except weekends, accidentally messaged one of them on a Saturday and didn't hear back until early Monday morning. Which was fine, they even apologized that they don't communicate well over the weekend.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It was very impressive that they built a better website than we requested. Communication was also amazing, sometimes only minutes after we'd reach out we'd get a call back ready to go over whatever part of the site we were requesting changes for.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Rafadigital could have done differently?

Charged less, while the price was fair for sure it was a bit more than most companies we'd spoken to.
