We briefed QSSTUDIO to develop an askbella chatbot as an early MVP, which operated within Facebook Messenger and was backed by Amazon Lex. After validating the idea, we continued the work with QSSTUDIO to improve the experience and build a web platform backed by a more powerful AI engine.
