We needed to develop an app for orders and delivery with tracking and rewards for customers.

Can you describe the scope of work Qimma Technologies handled for Burgerizza?

Qimma Technologies developed a custom food ordering app from prototype to live Google Play release. The team delivered the full order lifecycle, including browsing, cart, checkout, live status tracking, and delivery. The team also built a tiered loyalty system to drive repeat orders and delivered bilingual UX (English and Urdu) for the local market.

Moreover, Qimma Technologies resolved pre-launch stability issues proactively, including offline session handling, add-to-cart error states, and icon-flash fix, reducing crash/friction risk before users hit them. The team also custom-built splash/brand animation rather than using a stock template and delivered on a modern, maintainable stack (React, Vite, Tailwind, Capacitor, Supabase) for easy future iteration.

In terms of features, the team worked on live tracking, rewards for customers, payment services, account creation, dashboard for employees, menu management, analytics, and UI/UX design.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had 300 app downloads in the first week and 90 orders. We also received five-star reviews. The app allowed us to fully automate orders, from placing to delivering them.

Qimma Technologies delivered on time and under budget, with multiple revisions for the exact scope and requirements. We communicated via virtual meetings, email, and messaging apps.

Some issues were caught and fixed post-build rather than earlier in QA. A more thorough pre-launch testing pass could have caught these before they surfaced.
