Please describe your company and your position there.

I have been working for Clubr from Nov 2019, just about a month after it has been launched. My role is a consultant here, I am the person who gets and stays in touch with other outsourcing agencies for our work. I make sure to get the quality work at the best prices for our in house requirements.

For what projects/services did your company hire PurpleSyntax?

As Clubr is a startup, we needed to work a lot on it digitally and PurpleSyntax has helped us thoroughly. Taking care of every little detail on our website to social media profiles everything was handled by them. The campaigns run by them got huge traffic on our website and we were known as a brand in less than 3 months of span.

What were your goals for this project?

Our main goal at the start was Brand awareness and gaining some good numbers in traffic to our website.

How did you select this vendor?

As we were searching for some online ad agencies in our area, we listed out a few companies and personally got in touch with every company. After thorough research and discussions within our team, we finalized with this agency as they sounded more professional and reliable.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Once we finalized this agency, they set up meetings once a week in the starting months to make sure they understand our goals and there wasn’t any communication gap between the two for better results. The team after which developed a proper plan of action for marketing on digital as well as offline mediums, they adopted organic methods and made sure our ads were seen to a larger audience. Apart from that, a lot of inorganic methods were also taken up by the team for better results.

What was the team composition?

The team here makes sure they have a plan of action set in the last week of every month for the upcoming month. Any changes requested on the spot were also done instantly without any hesitation. Clubr as a team is very happy to hand over our digital work to PurpleSyntax for its efficiency, creativity, and reliability.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As we have handed our work from when we were a baby, we obviously saw a lot of traffic coming to our website, with tickets sold in bulk, especially in the month of December. Every month the number of people getting to know about our brand has been increasing in huge numbers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

As I mentioned earlier, in the starting months, there were meetings set up once a week. But, once they understood our goals and we got comfortable with their work, communication became easy and took place over calls. We are very satisfied with such a dedicated team working for us.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was truly impressed by the knowledge they had about their niche and their study about the present market. They made sure to be updated about everything happening around. We learned a lot from them in this process and we totally appreciate their efforts and patience towards us.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I believe they should continue the way they are working right now.
