BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Marketing Director for an Ohio-based real estate company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire PurpleFire?
Our website needed to be improved. Our Wix-made site initially included pages such as about us, contact us, and a listing list. Navigating and updating the site were both difficult. The goal was to improve site functionality for both customers and us, as well as create a map feature that can pinpoint all of our properties.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
After looking at their website, we sent them an email. They had previously worked with a client who needed a similar mapping capability, so we chose to work with them.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We started with an initial meeting where everyone introduced themselves. They shared the mission and history of our company, shared prepared research, answered many of their questions about branding and identifying core strengths. In addition, they evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of our current website while contrasting it with both competitor and inspirational websites. PurpleFire also assisted us at this time with the wireframe for our website.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
One project manager, one developer, one designer, and two more people were part of our team.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
One of our partners thought that because of the site features PurpleFire implemented, we finally appeared like a professional business. Our brokers have already started using their bio pages during new customer meetings, despite the fact that the company as a whole is still finalizing content details. We received a lot of positive feedback from clients and competitors about the improved look and functioning of our website.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
They excelled in their performance. PurpleFire adhered to a precise project schedule and swiftly informed our group of any potential delays. We planned conversations once a week to discuss project updates, queries, or worries. Their team paid special attention to the little things and demonstrated a thorough comprehension of our requirements and objectives.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
With a thorough approach to inter-team communication, they kept the project on schedule.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
One of the graphics they created left us unimpressed, but we accept responsibility for that. We were preoccupied with other projects, so I failed to make my point very well.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m a product manager for a door manufacturing company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire PurpleFire, and what were your goals?
Our goal was to find a system that would give us more control and provide more features. We reached out to PurpleFire to see if they could help. What they had to offer was appealing to us. As far as implementation costs are concerned, they are very realistic in their proposal.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Our first contact with them was through a referral from a friend. There were other companies that submitted proposals, but PurpleFire was the clear winner in terms of organization, cost, and attention to detail.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
This tool enables us to manage our assets and to create products in a very dynamic way. We can approach the program directly and visually, as opposed to before when we had to connect with our provider every time we had a problem.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
My main points of contact at PurpleFire are a project manager and a developer.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We’re constantly improving the performance of the platform by discussing client feedback with PurpleFire’s team and assessing how we can build new versions of the site. Problems are solved swiftly, simply, and with the contribution of original ideas. Both the agreed-upon prices and deadlines were consistently met. PurpleFire can help you discover a partner with whom you can work on a project like this without worrying about unpleasant surprises.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We have been able to work with the team despite late deadlines or a lack of prepared work. Our work has caused scheduling issues, and we see their persistence and willingness to check in as a positive. The team put in the hours needed to make sure we met some definite deadlines for specific milestones, such as the soft launch and beta launch.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The communication, organization, and support they provide are excellent, despite being a remote team.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
