Our website needed to be improved. Our Wix-made site initially included pages such as about us, contact us, and a listing list. Navigating and updating the site were both difficult. The goal was to improve site functionality for both customers and us, as well as create a map feature that can pinpoint all of our properties.

After looking at their website, we sent them an email. They had previously worked with a client who needed a similar mapping capability, so we chose to work with them.

We started with an initial meeting where everyone introduced themselves. They shared the mission and history of our company, shared prepared research, answered many of their questions about branding and identifying core strengths. In addition, they evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of our current website while contrasting it with both competitor and inspirational websites. PurpleFire also assisted us at this time with the wireframe for our website.

One of our partners thought that because of the site features PurpleFire implemented, we finally appeared like a professional business. Our brokers have already started using their bio pages during new customer meetings, despite the fact that the company as a whole is still finalizing content details. We received a lot of positive feedback from clients and competitors about the improved look and functioning of our website.

They excelled in their performance. PurpleFire adhered to a precise project schedule and swiftly informed our group of any potential delays. We planned conversations once a week to discuss project updates, queries, or worries. Their team paid special attention to the little things and demonstrated a thorough comprehension of our requirements and objectives.

One of the graphics they created left us unimpressed, but we accept responsibility for that. We were preoccupied with other projects, so I failed to make my point very well.
