Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
We first enlisted PurpleFire to develop a landing page for us, and were extremely impressed with both the design and the depth of research they conducted ahead of time. Their attention to detail and commitment to delivering a product that truly resonated with our brand made the initial collaboration a great success.
Following that project, we entered discussions with Daniel about expanding the partnership to include social media marketing and further optimization of our website. After in-depth conversations, we reached an agreement for a broader collaboration focused on scaling our brand from a small operation into a fully developed company with substantial growth. The goal was to reach ambitious targets, and we are thrilled to say we are right on track with the benchmarks we set together.
One of the key strengths of PurpleFire is their dynamic and responsive team. They maintain open communication, providing daily updates when necessary, and they are quick to tackle any issues that arise, ensuring that problems are resolved as soon as possible. While we recognize that there is still some time before we achieve the full potential of this collaboration, the progress to date has exceeded our expectations, and we are very satisfied with the results. We're excited to continue this partnership and see what the future holds!

Purplefire was to run tests and optimize our website to increase our conversion rate to increase our sales
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
There was only one test that was ever really finished in the four months and our sales actually decreased working with PurpleFire. Nonetheless, we finished our contract with the agreed upon 4 month duration. At the conclusion of the contract they proceeded to say that I needed to give another 3 months notice! Why do I need 3 months notice when we originally agreed to only a 4 month contract?!?
At the end of our 4 month contract our sales had lowered from when we had first hired PurpleFire. In my opinion, PurpleFire does not stand behind their word and lacks the integrity we look for in a partner for our business, again this is just my opinion. They have stated "a contract is a contract" but I believe, in my opinion, they do not stand behind their word. For that alone, I believe, people should steer clear of this company. Just google Purplefire lawsuits and make the decision for yourself. I am hoping this review can help others avoid the frustration and anguish they have caused me and my business. Again, this is all my opinion.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Nothing at all, in my opinion.
Are there any areas for improvement or something PurpleFire could have done differently?
In my opinion, they could start with standing by their word. When you agree to a four month contract, give the client a four month contract. There is no need to have a clause that says you need to give an additional 3 months notice if you are trying to be honest, in my opinion. Especially when it's not mentioned when stating you have a four month contract and it's in a different section from where it states all you need to do to cancel is email at the end of four months. Again, this is my opinion.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I believe, again in my opinion, people should steer clear of this company. Just google Purplefire lawsuits and make the decision for yourself. I am hoping this review can help others avoid the frustration and anguish that I have endured since signing with PurpleFire. Again, this is all my opinion.

We brought in Purple Fire because we lacked in-house expertise in conversion optimization and our team was engaged with multiple other priorities. Purple Fire’s team of experts proved to be an invaluable asset.
In the first nine months, we achieved over seven winning tests, leading to significant revenue growth without increased ad spend. Their last landing page test delivered an impressive 20% conversion lift.
Purplefire offers extensive knowledge from working across many kinds of clients and truly understands which strategies work best. We love that all of their tests and decisions are data driven.
I'm so happy I reached out to Daniel on LinkedIn after seeing his consistent voice there and the depth in which he talks about conversion optimiziation. He really works to understand the business goals and make sure he can achieve the outcomes before even accepting a project. He isn’t involved day-to-day, which is totally fine. His team is effective, terrific at executing, and exceptional at communicating, and Daniel is readily available when needed. Working with his team has been smooth and efficient - and a pleasure.
Our overall experience with PurpleFire has been outstanding. I highly recommend Purple Fire because they deliver results, are agile, and have continuous tools to offer to help us meet our business goals while also educating our staff along the way.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Over 7 winning tests over the first 9 months of working together. This has meant our shop has grown in revenue without spending more on ads.
Our website has a more updated overall appearance, and ease of use has also increased for our custoemrs - and we are very happy with the last landing page test they did, which was an almost 20% conversion lift. (wow!)
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
As mentioned in my overall review, his team is exceptional. Efficient, agile, great communicators - they really want to see you WIN.

I found their adaptability to our business, combined with every test and decision being data driven, to be a true asset to us as we were working to efficiently improve our website.
Are there any areas for improvement or something PurpleFire could have done differently?
In the supplement space, we have a lot of regulatory requirements, which sometimes conflicted with suggested copy. However, this is something we always face, and we worked through this, appreciating Purplefire's intent behind their proposed updates and adapting them to remain compliant.

PurpleFire has been tapped by an e-commerce company to increase their conversion rate. The team’s tasks include performing A/B tests to boost the client’s customer conversion rate.
The client has been disappointed with PurpleFire’s work. They’ve deployed A/B tests late and failed to communicate clearly with the client about their timelines and deliverables. Moreover, the team has compelled the client to adhere to the contract despite not resolving the aforementioned issues. This review includes the vendor’s response.

This company is horrible! I will never work with them again... I wanted to start off by saying that because they lie about deliverable and then when you want to leave they tell you and force you to stay because there contract states 6 months. I was not happy with their work and now knowing that they trap their clients in 6-month contracts I highly recommend you go somewhere Else
This company was supposed to create a/B testing to increase my customer's conversion. However, they ran multiple times late on deployment and then would gaslight you into thinking they didn't say what they said. I had to go back and timestamp videos to call them out on their lies.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK

They had some wins but I dont like being lied to then I dont like being told that they didnt say or promise things would get done on specific timelines and then never get done.

They never delivered on time. They would tell you they never said that date when you call them out on it. I had to go back to recorded video to timestamp when they said they would do something and didnt.

Are there any areas for improvement or something PurpleFire could have done differently?
Everything. They are liars and the force you to stay in thier contracts. I get it you need time to find out if things are working but this wasnt the issue, the issue was they lied about timelines and never deliverd on time. I think that would breach contract but dont have the money to fight it in court
Company Responses
The vendor responded on Jun 19, 2024. Hi Daniel,
We are sorry to hear you had this experience. While working together, we have run around nine tests so far, and at least six of them have been big winners.
This is far beyond what anyone would expect in terms of success rate.
This makes a meaningful difference to your business, revenue, and profit.
Some tests can be delayed due to different circumstances, but we always make up for it. Based on the four months we worked together, we are on track with the testing schedule. You see, a test may be delayed, but ultimately, we get back on track for the month.
Regarding contracts, yes, in our world, a deal is a deal, and a contract has to be respected and enforced - nothing more, nothing less. We are happy that you decided to respect the contract.
You have stated that you will continue working with us and we are excited to keep finding winning split-tests for you for the remaining months of 2024.

I'm the owner of an e-commerce store that sells modern cat furniture that's cleverly designed for cats whilst also looking beautiful in your home.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire PurpleFire, and what were your goals?
We wanted to improve the experience of our store, and PurpleFire was extremely helpful in showing areas where we could improve the user experience, checkout flow, and overall CRO improvements.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were looking for a talented, and fast-moving company that had a specialty in CRO. We were NOT looking for a general digital marketing company. We chose PurpleFire because of how laser-focused they are on CRO, and how good they are at it.

We were mainly in contact with one person from their company, but we know that they have a much bigger team.

PurpleFire was very fast at replying, and very good at listening to our feedback.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

PurpleFire provides CRO and digital marketing services to a software development firm. They are given access to the marketing site, sales funnel, and integrated sales tools within the client's app.
PurpleFire has seen a 100% increase in coversion rates in the first month due to the undetected error on the end client's website. For the most part, the client has recorded an incremental progress in their leads, sign-ups, conversion rate, and retention. PurpleFire also communicates effectively.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the owner of a custom software development company. We specialize in web and mobile development.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire PurpleFire, and what were your goals?
My client needed to increase adoption of their mobile app. They were investing quite a bit into traffic and the conversion rates were terrible. Our goal was to improve lead acquisition, sign ups, installations and upgrades.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
PurpleFire devised a strategy to realize some early wins and then iteratively improve upon results. My client was pleased with the quality of analysis and expertise demonstrated during the initial presentations and through out the project.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
PurpleFire was given complete control of the marketing site, sales funnel and integrated sales tools within the app. The project was broken down into monthly sprints with specific goals of expected outcome from each sprint. Key deliverables were standardized reports communicating the results of experiments and the segmented conversion rates throughout the sales process.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We were not aware of the full staffing on PurpleFire's side. We interacted with 4 people, but there were others behind the scenes with whom we did not communicate.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Conversion rates shot up nearly 100% the first month due to errors in the client's site which had gone undetected. Most months of the project so nice incremental progress in leads, sign ups, conversion rate and retention.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Communications and adherence to timeline was outstanding.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
You will find that PurpleFire has an unusual passion for the success of their clients. They know the client's business better than the client in some ways. You can tell it's more than a contract for them - it's very personal.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I truly have no complaints.

PurpleFire developed a website for a film production company. After a kick-off meeting, the team added a popup feature, removed unnecessary fields, and incorporated all testimonials, reviews, and logos.
After implementing all modifications, the client saw an increase in traffic by 80% and income by twofold monthly. In addition, the designs were well-received by the customers, which improved the website's efficiency. A professional partner, they held daily stand-ups to discuss delays on Slack.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the owner of a film production company. We make inspiring films using talent that wouldn't normally get opportunities within the film industry due to geographical & vocational reasons. We also started a streaming solution for our films to be released on.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire PurpleFire, and what were your goals?
We completed our website two years ago (streaming site) but we were not getting the conversion rate we hoped for - it started to look like we'd have to close the site but after hiring PurpleFire EVERYTHING CHANGED!
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I searched online, in one last attempt to save the sight, and happened to come across PurpleFire. After interviewing them, we chose this vendor based on their past projects, design skills, and cost estimate.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We had a kick-off meeting to discuss where we could improve the sight (which they were happy to implement). The suggestions included: Add a pop-up to your site, Remove unnecessary form fields, Add testimonials, reviews, and logos, Remove distractions & Make the initial step really easy. Within the first month of implementing these changes we saw amazing growth and it's been climbing steadily ever since.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
A project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. The project manager worked with 1developer and a designer the entire time!.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
After implementing the alterations, we saw a 80% increase in traffic. Our income doubled month over month. Clients love the updated design. Our streaming site is running efficiently.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We had daily stand-ups with their project manager - which were run efficiently (often no longer than 5 minutes) If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare. We used Slack to communicate and every Friday we would have a Review meeting where they would show us through the progress.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
There service is extremely professional. Their communication is amazing! Their communication was exceptional, and the quality of work produced weekly was unimaginable!
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Honestly, nothing I can think of. I was very satisfied with their service.
