It was so easy to communicate with them. There were frequent updates until the deadline. Emails and calls are consistent throughout the developing period.

The design, knowledge, user experience, and optimization are excellent. They are very collaborative and skilled.

Just had one or two issues at first but we ended up with a beautiful outcome. Everything is excellent.

The outecome was a 12% conversion lift compared to the old productpage.

The proactive attitude. They made it feel like they were working on their own products and gave constructive alternatives to problems we didn't foresee.

Might have been good to share a slack channel next time to smoothen the coms even further.

I needed someone experienced to get our webshop up and running in a way that guranteed a good experience for our customers, but also made it easy for our developers to implement changes later on.

I had a Slack meeting with their director, Daniel. The chemistry was great, and I could tell that he understood my needs, as well as making several suggestions that helped improve the project even further.

I had a great product and that was basically it. I needed someone with experience to help me set up the website, customer journey, and plan our the project. In close collaboration with me and my team, Purplefire helped craft a step-by-step plan for getting the webshop up and running quickly.

I had talks with the director, their chief consultant, as well as some of their designers. All of them did a great job understanding my needs and help explain me why and how the job would be executed.

PurpleFire was quick to help us implement the changes we needed on our website. We wanted a shopify solution that was fast, easy to navigate and easy on the backend. PF found the right apps and setup for us fast and it took them less than a month to deliver the work to us. Much faster than expected.

We use Slack, they invited me to a channel, and I like it because i use it myself on the daily. they were ahead of schedule the entire time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I like how they offered me apps that were affordable within the shopify universe. They also made adjustments to them on my behave so I got exactly the solution I wanted in the end.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing I can think of right now. If they were cheaper I would hire them to do more work but I guess you pay for quality work.

We found them through a referral. A business partner referred Purplefire to us and we decided to move ahead with them based on their good reputation and decent historical outputs.

Design of an affiliate tracking system, which also enables us to manage affiliate partners and payments. They used php for this.

We launched a great system after 2 months of work, and the output was delivered on time. It was generally a pleasure working with Purplefire and the output was great.

We communicated via telegram. After 3 initial project briefing calls their team took full control and we didn't have to involve our own team too much.

Their timely delivery, responsibility, and attention to detail were impressive.

The only thing I can think of is an improvement in their initial questioning of what we are looking for. But honestly this is a minor thing, they were thorough.
