Our success was measured by the traffic we received. There was a significant increase in traffic to our site. Over the course of a month, it continued.

Schedules and budgets were met, and they were responsive. Email and video conferences were our means of communication. There were no project management tools used, however, we used a tool for finding bugs and other technical problems.

We had a very good experience with their technical team; they were able to resolve our issues and answer all of our questions. Also, they helped us think about things that weren't within our scope, such as the connection between other programs and the website.

Since quality is subjective, I always value deliverables more than quality of work. It was clear and itemized what PurpleFire planned to build, and they completed every task on time. The clarity of their communication made everything easier.

The communication was excellent. While we didn't use any specific tools on our end, I'm sure they did. We aren't highly technical, but they kept us updated on timelines and progress.

The website is only about to launch, so we don't have much quantitative data yet. However, the feedback that I’ve gotten from my colleagues is that the website is clean and easy to understand and navigate.

It's crazy how fast they turned around the project. They're excellent at project management. Furthermore, they have responded quickly to our requests for edits.

Their advice on content, texts, and editing is helpful and flexible. That’s a commendable skill on their part. The paragraphs we gave them have been turned into a lot of relevant content. Furthermore, PurpleFire has a keen eye for font usage. Their understanding of data behind UX designs is highly technical. As a result, the website isn’t designed randomly. A data-driven structure underpins everything.

Communicating in advance would be more effective.

I was blown away by the skills of PurpleFire's mobile app developers. Everything they knew about user experience and execution was at their fingertips. Our first mobile app was also accompanied by patient and willing lessons while we learned the process.

The team's project management is excellent. In addition to messaging back and forth, we meet once a week to discuss updates and ask questions. I have never felt stressed or worried. They always responded quickly and took good care of us.
