Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
Our Company received a "go-to-market" strategy with a detailed timeline that included all milestones from PurpleFire. We had a very straightforward workflow. During our weekly meetings with them, we discussed our goals and needs. After that, they would discuss what could be accomplished and set up a timeline. Their weekly progress would be presented to us at the following meeting.

We formed a team after working out the contract details with Daniel (Founder).
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
PurpleFire gave me exactly what I wanted in terms of design. They were able to accomplish this with their design process. Since quality is subjective, I always value deliverables more than quality of work. It was clear and itemized what PurpleFire planned to build, and they completed every task on time. The clarity of their communication made everything easier.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The communication was excellent. While we didn't use any specific tools on our end, I'm sure they did. We aren't highly technical, but they kept us updated on timelines and progress.

PurpleFire's ability to understand my words and translate them into a product blew me away. When I told them I wasn't sure we were heading in the right direction, they changed what they were doing completely.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
No, they’re extremely professional at what they do.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Co-owner of a bridal shop. We do wedding gown designs and accessories.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire PurpleFire, and what were your goals?
We hired PurpleFire to build a website for us.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We found them on Google. Having researched them extensively and compared them to competitors, we decided to hire them.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
PurpleFire built our website using WordPress. Rather than coding from scratch, they worked within WordPress's parameters and tools and plugged in their own existing code as needed. Before we began designing and developing our website, we discussed the project and what we needed. After selecting the final template, we continued working with them to make some changes to it.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
PurpleFire employs four people, including their founder who serves as our primary contact. Two of their designers have also worked with us.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The website is only about to launch, so we don't have much quantitative data yet. However, the feedback that I’ve gotten from my colleagues is that the website is clean and easy to understand and navigate.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
It's crazy how fast they turned around the project. They're excellent at project management. Furthermore, they have responded quickly to our requests for edits.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their advice on content, texts, and editing is helpful and flexible. That’s a commendable skill on their part. The paragraphs we gave them have been turned into a lot of relevant content. Furthermore, PurpleFire has a keen eye for font usage. Their understanding of data behind UX designs is highly technical. As a result, the website isn’t designed randomly. A data-driven structure underpins everything.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Communicating in advance would be more effective.

Throughout the project, we communicated daily with their project manager. Any delays were told to us ahead of time so we could prepare. We coordinated using Slack, Jira, and Github, and it worked well.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Our site is professional and easy to update. The team took the time to teach us how to update the content themselves, since they had never worked with WordPress before.

There were some minor bugs on the contact form when we launched it for the first time. The issues were quickly resolved after we told them.
