A boost in client engagement and traffic was a result of PurpleFire meeting our quality standards. Our primary success indicator for their work was the creation of a website that reflected our varied offerings and brand identity. This website created a number of marketable options for our company.

Calls, emails, Slack, and Zoom are the main ways we communicate. They kept in touch frequently and effectively. If required, they were adept at raising the stakes. They did amazing work, were really kind, and excelled at managing a difficult assignment on a tight deadline. Without a doubt, we would collaborate with them again and recommend them to friends.

Problems are solved swiftly, simply, and with the contribution of original ideas. Both the agreed-upon prices and deadlines were consistently met. PurpleFire can help you discover a partner with whom you can work on a project like this without worrying about unpleasant surprises.

We have been able to work with the team despite late deadlines or a lack of prepared work. Our work has caused scheduling issues, and we see their persistence and willingness to check in as a positive. The team put in the hours needed to make sure we met some definite deadlines for specific milestones, such as the soft launch and beta launch.

The communication, organization, and support they provide are excellent, despite being a remote team.

Wireframes have been set up beautifully by PurpleFire, who have also nearly brought our idea to life. They have also provided us with a wide range of choices. Even though we didn't fully grasp some of the steps, it nevertheless made us feel incredibly involved and like we were in charge of the entire process. Their willingness to communicate openly and their accessibility have really pleased us.

PurpleFire has shown great flexibility in adjusting to our various needs and comprehending how the product is meant to be created for our clients. They have adhered to a very strict schedule. Although the dashboard we're using to monitor the project is really helpful, we've discovered that talking to each other and holding regular meetings is a more effective way to share our progress. They have shown great intuition right away.

They asked many questions in order to tailor the solution to our needs as closely as possible. Having a huge experience in e-commerce PurpleFire team was not just passive order takers, but acted proactively and made many suggestions and generated ideas. Thus we have decided that they suit our needs in the best possible way.

The deliverables of the project included complete design and branding as well as development stage and maintenance. What we liked is that the team did not wait for all the pages to be designed but as soon as the first designs were completed - the development stage started. So we have received the final result faster. It was decided to use Magento as the base for development due to the specifics of our products and the need for a very efficient OMS to manage them.

We have mainly communicated with a project manager. Then they made sure that the team, whatever the size needed, delivered the expected result. And it was very convenient, time saving and efficient. We have received regular reports on progress and the whole communication process was professional.

We have launched this business from scratch, but compared to our previous endeavors, we believe that thanks to professional design, development, SEO advice from PurpleFire team, and overall professional approach we have reached the level of profitability much faster. They made suggestions to use or not to use certain approaches that saved us time and nerves, avoiding mistakes. So we are absolutely happy with the result of the project. We have also received much positive feedback from our customers and friends about the design of the website and the user experience.

The team used task trackers but mainly for their internal purposes. We had a messenger where it was possible to send feedback, ask questions, and place tasks. It was very convenient and quick. No need to write long emails. When needed we had calls to exchange ideas, talk about new features or make demos of another part of the website.

Their approach and commitment to the project were impressive. They are not simply executing what they are told, but suggest the best solutions and make recommendations. Sometimes they went far and beyond to accommodate some of our crazy ideas because they shared our passion and believed that those features will bring value to the website and our business.

The cost of the services might be a bit higher than you could get from a freelancer, but you can hardly find anywhere a similar level of services for the same price.
