Providing training and documentation for our team to manage the website post-launch. Setting up ongoing maintenance and support.

The new site launched with a searchable database of all grants made during the past 5 years.  That was our most specific desired outcome to demonstrate transparency.

Our development representative was very responsive to our needs and especially to our unfortunate circumstance of losing our lead team member due to a fatal accident.  The project was delivered on time.

It could have been useful if Pronto had a permanent record of what "copy" had been approved by the client.  There was some last minute confusion about some "missing text" and it was not possible to determine how or when it got dropped.

When we first met, I shared the challenges we were facing with our previous developer, and you assured me that our experience was “not the norm” for any professional company. I am here to tell you—I am now a believer. Your team has achieved more for our website in a short time than our previous developer managed in an entire year.

The level of service we have received from your team is truly lightyears ahead of what we experienced before. Initially, I was hesitant to move forward with some of our goals and projects, as my ideas were previously deemed too lofty or unattainable. Our past experience involved months of waiting for tasks to be “completed,” only to receive half-done or poorly executed results.

The project was completed, and along the way the team was responsive to our design ideas, our requests for changes, etc. They worked with our communications team to ensure that we had a successful launch when the site was ready to go live.

The team, from start to finish, was responsive and timely with responses. The project ended up taking much longer than we had expected due to factors on our end, and our team with Pronto was patient and understanding as we navigated those delays. Pronto Marketing has had a great onboarding process. We've had initial meetings with the team's account manager, who then sent a proposal in a nice format via email. Pronto Marketing has collected initial discovery information through a form. Once I completed it, we had a document with our company's brand guidelines and marketing messages. Pronto Marketing has created the site's mock-ups, and we've gone through a revision cycle. 

The team has done integrations through different platforms and forms. Pronto Marketing uses PHP on the backend and works with WordPress and Elementor for frontend building. The site has call-to-action sections and information about our annual sustainability events. The team has incorporated all our content from past years and created a membership feature where clients can log in and create a profile. 

Pronto Marketing has launched our site and continues to work on maintenance and adding features to the site.

Pronto Marketing has successfully launched our website, and we've seen an increase in leads. We've collected more information from prospects through an integrated form on our website. 

How did Pronto Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Pronto Marketing delivers work on time and on budget. We collaborate via Asana and communicate occasionally via Google Meet, booking meetings through Calendly. Pronto Marketing has conducted revisions on different platforms where we can provide feedback. The team also has a client portal where we can see our billing and invoices and connect with their chat support. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm mostly impressed by the team's customer success. Pronto Marketing makes it easy for the client to make decisions and move the project forward. Pronto Marketing's technical and design expertise are also noteworthy.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We've sent documentation to Pronto Marketing, and there have been some additional revisions we've had to make that I think could've been picked up if the team had just reviewed the documentation again and seen our directions or specific image selections, for example. 

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

My only suggestion is to stay engaged with Pronto Marketing during the project. From the client side, you can get busy with other things, and it's important to imagine how this project will fit into your workflow and check their project management system because that is an easy and organized way to stay involved.

The difference in time zones posed certain challenges, but the Pronto team delivered when needed. Deliverables were largely achieved as expected and where functionality did not meet expectation, the team promptly reacted to meet our needs.

If we run into any issues, they take care of them. Pronto Marketing is patient and has always kept us on track. We use Asana for project management, and they do a good job of staying on time and within budget. We use a ticketing system when there is anything that we want to update.

Their team always checks in with us to ensure that we’re happy with the changes they’re making, and they always keep us in the loop. Pronto Marketing has a good idea of what a website should be and how it should flow. They also do a great job of answering all of our questions. We would absolutely use Pronto Marketing again.

Yes, they delivered on time. They typically respond to our needs within 24-48 hours. If we needed anything expedited, they also took care of challenges quickly. We would open a ticket with them with our request through email. We'd outline what we needed in the email. They'd confirm opening a ticket. Then, once the task was completed, they'd confirm it was completed. I'd then confirm and approve the work. Once completed, I'd inform them to close the ticket out.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I liked how knowledgeable they were on various aspects of marketing that I wasn't aware of. Whether it was SEO, coding, email marketing, or analytics, they seemed always to have an answer to any question I had. I always appreciated how polite they were in their customer service. In addition, I always felt I could depend on whoever was assigned to any task to take care of it no matter what.

There were some random technical challenges with access to the Pronto dashboard, but they got it fixed. For the most part, I haven't had any issues with Pronto. They've been a great partner to work with.
