The project of an online store Online pharmacy, we specialize in the sale of medicines and other medical products. I am the head of e-commerce.

We are collaborating with Promodo on several projects, one is under development, and the other Online pharmacy is preparing for an imminent release. The goals of the project are to attract the target audience to our online store, increase conversion and sales. Creating a positive image of the online store.

The choice for Promodo was after a series of recommendations from friends who are related to sales but in other business segments and the recognition of Promodo themselves.

Our project is a separate sales channel in our business, as well as a strategic project in terms of business development. Studies show that e-commerce will scale and expand, and the share of online sales will rapidly catch up with offline sales. And we were faced with the task of making an online store that will perform the functions of a large supermarket with convenient services and pleasant functionality.

We are still in the stage of preparing the release, we can not share any special success yet. But, I want to note that the preparation for the release by the Promodo team was at a high level, all recommendations were given very quickly, and the response to comments or consultations was instant.

I would call this an urgent response to any requests regarding the project) If a meeting is needed, then we plan as quickly as possible within a couple of hours.

Cohesion of the team, professional skills of all the guys. Responsiveness and maximum communication.

So far, I have not noticed anything where one could leave recommendations for improvement for Promodo. For me, everything is perfectly balanced.

Most of the communication was with the project manager and the PPC specialist.

Before cooperation with Promodo all advertising campaigns were set up by own efforts. There were problems - irrelevant conversions, inefficient use of budget, low level of ads. During the cooperation with Promodo all technical issues were solved, all advertising campaigns were optimized, all keywords were arranged, etc.

The efficiency of their work process is at a high level.

In addition to professional skills, I want to mention the human qualities of the Promodo team. In our country has been a war for more than a month, the guys from Promodo do not forget about us and regularly keep in touch, and in times like these it is very important.

Working with the agency allowed us to reduce the cost of conversion and cost per order by ~20% and we continue to maintain a good level of cost per result for a long time.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have grown progressively with Promodo. Sales more than doubled year on year since we started working with them and the number of unique customers has greatly increased per month.

The workflow is pretty effective. They notify us about any changes through a chat and we hold weekly meetings to reflect on how well a particular campaign is doing and what next steps we should take. Everything works smoothly and always on time.
