I am the marketing director on local service marketplace Pokupon. We are transfer offline services to online. Helping local small and medium business to sell they products via internet.

We were growing our ppc vector and choose Promodo like outsource marketing. During partnership we was automated a lot of process, started new instruments and do A\B testing old channels.

Our site is one of the largest online stores in the country with a catalog of more than 250,000 products and I'm the Head of Digital marketing department.

To attract new customers to our site, a massive online marketing campaign was required. The main task was to increase our presence in search advertising and optimize performance- marketing. Local outreach campaigns were also needed to increase awareness.

The main parameter for choosing an agency was the large number of successful cases and the experience of the team. The presence of successful cases in our market also played an important role.

Since search advertising occupied a key role, the first step was the competent collection of semantics and keywords. Also a large assortment of products in different categories, it was decided to divide search campaigns into main categories.

This allows us to more flexibly promote seasonal or in-demand products and optimize the budget. The main advantage of working with this team is that they closely monitor the results of our campaigns and regularly recommend optimization options to increase revenue.

Working with the agency allowed us to reduce the cost of conversion and cost per order by ~20% and we continue to maintain a good level of cost per result for a long time.

Despite the fact that our teams are located in different countries, there are no problems with communication, as the agency is always in touch via messengers, and issues are resolved quite quickly.

We're very pleased with the approach to work and constant communication between the teams. The agency regularly provides recommendations and never disappears from the radar.

It was ideal to have more information about third-party markets and increase expertise in the countries with which the team cooperates. It is felt that the team is making efforts in working in this direction, but there is no limit to perfection :)

We had a dedicated technical specialist who is the person to setup and track our advertising and a dedicated account manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have grown progressively with Promodo. Sales more than doubled year on year since we started working with them and the number of unique customers has greatly increased per month.

The workflow is pretty effective. They notify us about any changes through a chat and we hold weekly meetings to reflect on how well a particular campaign is doing and what next steps we should take. Everything works smoothly and always on time.
