I’m on the marketing team for a forex and crypto currency trading broker

We brought on Prodima to help us with our digital marketing, this mainly involved SEO

How did you select Prodisma and what were the deciding factors?

We looked at many agencies in the market. We brought a few of them in to let them know our needs. Then, we chose Prodima who showed the most relevancy to our expectation

Their team was in charge of our site’s optimization and paid media delivering for a campaign which includes: - Push traffic and keyword rankings - Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Coc Coc Ads, Top local publisher bookings

We worked with Ben (GM), Thien (SEO Manager) and Luke as Account Manager

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Metrics were measured by the number of keywords that were ranked on the first page of a Google search plus high traffic driven to my websites which contributed good number of conversions. For paid media, metrics of conversion and ROI by conversion value resulted really well

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Overall, it was pretty satisfactory. There was the occasional lapse but everything was still within an acceptable time frame. They were very helpful to us and went beyond what was expected of them. When we had any questions or needed help, they’d jump in to help promptly. We communicated mostly through email and WhatsApp

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They surpassed what was required to help us. There was a high level of professionalism throughout the workflow. Helping us reach the target before the deadline was an added bonus. My company is pretty new to digital marketing, and they gave us some knowledge

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

My only thought is on the occasional lapses of when something was promised to us. I’d have to follow up and ask for the reports after failing to receive them before the timeline
