Please describe your company and your position there.

We provide debt collection services for a wide range of businesses and industries, including energy, health, dentistry, trades, and professional services. We're a single office servicing the whole country, and I'm the general manager.

For what projects/services did your company hire ProcessIT -Custom Software for YOUR Business...?

Our entire operation depends on our debt management system, which interacts with both debtors and their creditors. Over the years, they have steadily upgraded the system from a mail merge to a sophisticated financial platform and CRM that satisfies our management needs.

What were your goals for this project?

The last upgrade involved a complete revision of the UI so that it aligned with other systems, freed up more screen space, and integrated with our web user management capabilities.

How did you select this vendor?

We looked at off-the-shelf solutions, but none had the range of functionality we wanted. We investigated other development firms, but they were expensive and didn't have support standards. ProcessIT seemed practical and realistic.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

It took a few days for staff to get used to the new UI, but once new habits developed, our speed of operation picked up by 15%. With more information at their fingertips, staff can do their jobs better.

We had several meetings and explained how pivotal the project was to our journey. They understood that and shaped the project accordingly, keeping current IT trends in mind.
