Pro Real Tech helps me with my Google My Business page, making some changes and implementing SEO strategies to improve our visibility. I had two Google My Business pages, but they merged them into one and connected it to my website.

Throughout our engagement, they’ve asked me some questions, but they do most of the work themselves. Later, I might hire them for some website work, but that’s not on our current plans.

Thanks to Pro Real Tech involvement, I’ve achieved what I wanted to achieve. Now, I receive more than double the calls I received before our engagement. Additionally, I now have a higher conversion rate.

Pro Real Tech helps us with our SEO and email marketing. First, they took over our SEO efforts. We provided them with a list of keywords we wanted to focus on since those were the best performing words we had before the migration, and they’ve been improving our rankings since. After 4–5 months of working with them, we decided to get their help for our email marketing efforts as well due to their responsiveness and expertise.

Currently, we work very closely with Pro Real Tech on our keyword research and strategy. However, they’re the experts, so we rely on them to help us drive a lot of those strategies.

On the other hand, we give them free reins to handle our email marketing. Still, they have an email marketing plan that they share with us and ask us for our input on a weekly basis. They come up with the concepts and designs, and we just give them an overall direction, making adjustments when needed.

For this part of the project, Pro Real Tech categorizes our users according to their level of engagement, focusing their efforts on the most engaged users. However, they also have a re-engagement plan to make us noticeable for people who previously didn’t open our emails.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Comparing February 2021, when we first engaged with Pro Real Tech, with February 2022, our SEO traffic has doubled, and our revenue coming from SEO has more than doubled. Additionally, they've been able to push up our ranking significantly in the keyword categories that we’ve asked them to focus on. As for email marketing, our email-driven revenue has gone through the roof, improving significantly as well.

Pro Real Tech is very good at project management. As a small company ourselves, it is usual that we find challenges our bottlenecks along the way due to our limited resources. However, they’re very good at pushing us and reminding us about timelines and milestones. Additionally, we’ve never had a problem from their end; whenever they promise a deadline, they deliver by that date.

We use Basecamp to manage the project. Since our development team is based in China, we agreed to use Slack to communicate, but we also communicate via email and phone calls.

Communication is what Pro Real Tech does exceptionally well. They’re very responsive, and we’re always able to have frank conversations. We initially hired Pro Real Tech to clean up all of our unqualified leads and SEO. We had a lot of traffic, but it was spam or people we didn’t want to deal with. It took them 1–2 years to clean it up, but they helped us with that. We started doing PPC a few months later.

They’ve done consistent blogs over the years. We have a content creator, but we use Pro Real Tech for a different voice and cleaner approach. Also, they’ve cleaned up a lot of keywords and created backlinks for our old blogs.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They’ve helped refine our image and clean up our website and blogs. The main thing is that they’ve brought in more qualified leads. Our qualified lead percentage was pretty low, around 30%–40%, so we had to discard many. Now, we’ve pretty much doubled that. We get good leads, even if it’s on a smaller amount — we consider that 50%–60% are qualified leads.

Before, we had a lot of traffic, but it was people trying to get free information or college students. We wanted to get rid of that. Although the traffic is down, whoever contacts us now is more qualified.

They’re pretty good. The team is very responsive; if we have a question, they pass it off to one team member and get back to us in a timely manner. We used to have 30 or 60-minute calls once a month, but now everything’s on the way. We rarely talk on the phone or email; we probably do it once every few months. They can perform well without having us to call them often.

Pro Real Tech are fully functional online portal for our event management process. The platform has greatly enhanced our ability to manage events efficiently, with features that allow anyone to add and promote events seamlessly. Its organization and tracking capabilities have been particularly effective. The deliverables exceeded our expectations and have positively transformed our event management process.

The scope of work included designing and developing an online event management portal where event organizers can add and promote events, end users can buy tickets, track their performance, download their certificates and results. We started with gathering requirements, followed by designing wireframes and mock-ups. The development used Node.js for the backend and Next.js for the frontend. After testing, the portal was deployed to production. They also provided user training and ongoing support.
