Pro Real Tech has significantly above our expectations. They are Very responsive to our questions and concerns, typically with same day replies unless I sent the email late in the day: 

• Significant improvement in PPC results and SEO.
• They are providing MUCH more as far as services go, specifically content writing, making website changes/blog posts as needed without having to go through our web developer, and providing PPC management with SEO for the same price we were previously paying for SEO alone (without content writing and and website changes) 
• Complete transparency in billing. They provide a detailed breakdown on how all billable hours are used 
• Real-time viewing access (via ActiveCollab) to what is being done, by who, and communication with those individuals.

As stated previously, pro-real-tech team are extremely responsive and thorough. One example is when our phones were more quiet than usual. I brought the issue up to Christen asking if she could look into any possible website or Google issues. She got back to me immediately with a plan. Within a few days, she had the results of her investigation and a plan of action.  

All deliverables within the control of pro-real-tech have been on schedule. The only times that any items were not delivered on time were instances where I was late getting them the information they needed.

Our viral video was a direct result of their knowledge of the social media universe and how we can leverage our brand to take advantage of it.

They highly excel at social media and achieving business objectives. Their "bedside manner" could be improved. We are a small, nimble company that is very open to feedback, but being told that our social media "was horrible", while correct, could have been toned down for the audience.

• For the legacy system- All high-priority bugs were fixed and application performance was sufficiently improved so that the Customer App was approved to be launched to production.

For the legacy system, the learning curve required to master it and the need to work with a separate (non-Valetta) development group caused some delay. After the initial phase and after all development was switched to Valletta, the delivery timeline improved. For the Next-Gen system, items are delivered on time.

Pro Real Tech are fully functional online portal for our event management process. The platform has greatly enhanced our ability to manage events efficiently, with features that allow anyone to add and promote events seamlessly. Its organization and tracking capabilities have been particularly effective. The deliverables exceeded our expectations and have positively transformed our event management process.

The scope of work included designing and developing an online event management portal where event organizers can add and promote events, end users can buy tickets, track their performance, download their certificates and results. We started with gathering requirements, followed by designing wireframes and mock-ups. The development used Node.js for the backend and Next.js for the frontend. After testing, the portal was deployed to production. They also provided user training and ongoing support.
