BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder of ParaSecure, a startup that develops data-protection software. It prevents data from getting tracked by different kinds of malware.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Preogen IT Solutions?

I was seeking design and UI/UX services for both my software and website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Starting from scratch, Preogen IT Solutions designed my product logo and website. They offered me 7-8 logo samples for me to choose from. They also designed my software, as well.

They’ve provided product strategy and planning. For example, we’re currently discussing end-user management. Right now, we’re on an expiring-trial model, and we’re thinking about how to move forward with the product.

What is the team composition?

I work with two people, but I know that there are 5–6 people on their team. My main point of contact was Ridhvesh (Founder & CEO, Preogen IT Solutions).

How did you come to work with Preogen IT Solutions?

I was looking online and found them through social media. Preogen IT Solutions happened to be based in my city, and their office was near me.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent $1,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2019, and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve provided very creative solutions, and have delivered the products on time.

How did Preogen IT Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

The project management has been smooth, so I have no complaints. They communicate with me every day to keep me posted about project progress.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re masters in networking, and their designs are excellent. I don’t know all team members, but I can speak to the quality of their work. They’ve been impressive in each and every phase. I also appreciate their teamwork.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, not really. Everything has been fine.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They’re able to provide great service at a low price. I’ve searched a lot of other companies and Preogen IT Solutions prices are very reasonable, relatively speaking.
