We are planning to move from Magento to Shopify as per our demand and are seeking a budget web design agency that help us with platform migration as a primary goal. Later after successful platform migration, we did application work, NEA API implementation, and regular product uploading on Shopify and our other Singapore marketplaces like Lazada and Shopee. The following task was successfully handled by the Potential Digital Agency team:

1. They help in our Magento to Shopify migration for lioncityco.com
2. They are helping us with daily product uploading on Shopify Lazada and Shopee
3. Through SEO and SEM our overall sales crossed more than the sales target

We hired a Potential Digital Agency for catalog-based website design for all our products in WordPress, they also designed and developed web applications for event management systems and they are doing digital marketing that helps us to get business inquiries. actually they work as a IT team for us.

The web design they did in the WordPress platform is very user-friendly, and the subsite for product management is also done on custom WordPress. Steven from the SEO team is very strategic, and Ram from the Google Ads team performs the best. We are getting 10-12 business inquiries every month easily on the website.

The timeline they added in SOW is a little early, but due to some requirement changes, it's taken a long time. The positive thing is they are flexible and have good support at any time.

Overall, they are doing good. As all know, Human resources is a deal in every industry, so I recommend keeping the resources on board before starting any project, but sometimes it comes under business process.
