Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Poligate was hired to lead and develop an animated, isometric-style video for VTTI's anniversary. The work included the full production scope, including scripting, voiceover, motion graphics, animation, designing the visual assets, background research, and project management.

The primary deliverable was the finalised video product, which Poligate delivered in a timely manner and with excellent quality. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Without going into detail, the video is performing well with our primary and secondary audiences and is receiving compliments left and right. The most important outcome for this project, however, was that the video would inspire and celebrate our company's history and unite colleagues in that feeling. It did just that.

Poligate is possibly the most receptive and collaborative agency I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They are professional and eager to realise the client's vision, all while being understanding of potential project changes happening throughout. In addition to their other great qualities, the team deserves recognition for their adaptability. They have a broad skillset with all things design and are able to work with and understand the needs of any stakeholder. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Poligate Branding Studio could have done differently?

While excellent in every regard, there are always things to improve upon. One specific aspect that could be elevated further is the structuring of long-term projects. When working with clients whose initiative is lacking in clarity, Poligate could provide guidance by adopting a stricter and more comprehensive approach to project timelines and stage gating. For each stage, Poligate and their clients may benefit from a more explicit conversation about what is in and out of scope.
