I'm Mike Gaumer, founder of LabMODO. We build compliance management software for regulated laboratories — primarily ISO 17025 accredited labs that need to manage SOPs, training records, calibration schedules, and corrective actions in one system instead of across binders, spreadsheets, and email.

Dillon ran the project end-to-end. That included: 
Auditing the existing site and content Strategic content direction using the StoryBrand framework 
Designing and building every page from scratch 
Migrating the site to WordPress with the Bricks page builder 
Setting up SEO infrastructure (Yoast meta titles and descriptions, schema markup, sitemap) 
Building reusable components for case studies and newsletter signups 
Creating a Case Studies custom post type with its own taxonomy 
Writing a comprehensive WordPress user guide so our team can maintain content independently going forward

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The site launched in just over a month from kickoff — significantly faster than typical timelines for a rebuild of this scope. We went from a platform we couldn't easily update to a WordPress + Bricks site our team can manage independently. Performance, SEO structure, and content workflows all improved substantially. Beyond the launch itself, we now have a documented system for publishing posts and case studies that didn't exist before.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management was light-touch but consistent — which is exactly what we wanted. Clear weekly progress updates, fast email turnaround (usually same-day), and no surprises on scope or timeline. When I needed to change direction or had questions about a technical choice, Dillon walked through the trade-offs in plain language so I could make an informed call. The pace was fast without ever feeling chaotic.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Two things. First, the combination of web design and development skill in one person. Most agencies do one well and outsource or shortcut the other — which usually shows up as either a beautiful design that's painful to build on, or a solid build with a generic look. Dillon does both at a senior level, which meant nothing got compromised. Second, ease of collaboration. Clear communication, no unnecessary process, no padding. It felt closer to working with a thoughtful in-house developer than with an outside agency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Point Source Marketing could have done differently?

Honestly nothing significant on their end. The pace was fast, which is what we wanted. If I were doing it again, I'd dedicate more of my own time earlier in the project to keep up with the velocity of deliverables — but that's a constraint on our side, not theirs.

SEO Succor has been True North Legal Group's primary SEO team for one of our brands, The Military Defense Firm.  The Military Defense Firm provides defense services to military members facing disciplinary issues worldwide.  We launched our website in March 2024 and trusted SEO Succor to increase web traffic, drive leads, and ensure high-quality leads for our business.  We have closely tracked daily traffic, lead generation, and lead quality.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since hiring SEO Succor to assist with business development, our web traffic has increased almost 1000%, our lead flow has grown month-over-month for the past twelve months, and our lead quality has strengthened due to the tight measures that SEO Succor puts in place.  The team at SEO Succor has also been a great partner in our digital marketing and content creation efforts, which has increased organic search results considerably and put us on a course for a fantastic year in business.
