We wanted to have a corporate design and website within one month.

Very pro-active with a strong feeling for design and customer needs. We had very frequent meetings and close interactions.

We wanted our corporate values transformed into a visual design. Based on the names of some scientists and artists Platform Partners managed to get the design right - literally from the very first meeting on.

Minino planeri is a company that sells custom made women organizers. We were founded in 2015. We create various paper format organizers. Our product range includes: Organizers for women, organizers for mothers, pregnancy organizers, travel organizers, wedding planners.

We asked W3Industry to build us a custom made e-commerce website where we could sell our products online. Before the website we only sold our products via social networks. We needed an e-commerce solution so we could expand our selling network even more.

What were your goals for this project?

Our main goal was to increase our product sale rate and start selling products online where customers could have a full overview of all of our products. Also to simplify actions of adding discounts and centralize order tracking.

Project development went in stages. First, the graphic designer team presented us with detailed mockups of website layout. Also a logo redesign was issued. During the development stage we were in ongoing communication with Project Manager and developers and they regularly kept us informed about every new option they implemented.

What was the team composition?

Project team had 6 people: 1 Project Manager, 1 graphic designer, 2 front-end developers, 2 back-end developers.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

After the website went live in 2016 we had a 40% increase in product sale.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Our main request was constant communication while development was in the works. W3Industry provided us with regular updates with the whole team.

Their dedication to project was most remarkable. The whole team made us feel like we are all part of a big family.

To have a web shop with an excellent design, and easy to manage by myself once launched, that would allow for purchases from both local market, and abroad.

Reffered by a friend, and after meeting them there was no doubt that they could perform requested services.

The company created the design for the page, built webshop in alignment to it, created everything related to product categories, set up my entire portfolio with images, set up payment methods and shipping options. They did SEO for the shop as well. After that, they transfered all knowledge needed for shop management to me.

I communicated with their project manager, who handled all aspects of work. This project required designers, front and back end developers.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

It has allowed my shop to grow international sales to 250% compared to my previous marketing channels.

The whole team is very proactive and responsive. They seem to be very experienced, and guided me through entire process.

They were able to provide all services I needed in relation to this project. The entire communication was done through their project manager. Work was done very fast.

I am the head of the foreign language center which has existed for 20 years now. I make decisions about education but also about marketing which included the making of the site www.patuljak.rs and its maintenance.

We hired them for making and the maintenace of the site www.patuljak.rs, the purchase of the domain and similar. The site was made in 2016. we still cooperate when it comes to the maintenance.

What were your goals for this project?

the goal was to make the site which is useful for digital marketing for the foreign language center. Later w3industry adapted it for use on mobile phones.

How did you select this vendor?

I selected the vendor by asking a programmer who was my friend to recommend a good company and then talked to w3industry in person. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They made suggestions, we worked on the proposal. Everything they promised they fullfilled on time to the dot. The same goes for the maintenance of the site.

The vendor selected, we discussed the proposal in two meetings. We also discussed the final solution when it came. I was very satisfied. They were very fast. After two years they suggested to adapt the site to the mobile phone use which I gladly accepted. That work was also done very professionally and on time.

I mainly discussed the topics with Goran but I was also approached by other members of the team (two more) about the changes and updates. Everyone is very professional and responsible.

Many people contacted us to start learning languages and said they liked the site.

Very effective. The information exchanges has been running smoothly.

No. I wish them only to grow bigger and have more customers in the future.

We create SAAS software for pharmaceutical industry. Biggest project is Clinical Trial Bay platform for connecting sponsor and CRO companies. We have 5 employees currently. I am CTO of the company.

After trying to implement this project with 2 other vendors, we got recommendation for W3industry from one of our business partners involved in the project.

Project has and will have strong effects on clinical trial industry. Platform is great, and thanks to w3 team it is even better comparing to our initial plan.

One word: perfect. We were informed on regular basis on progress and possible problems/solutions. The whole team was included in resolving problems, giving us a range of possible solutions and improvements.

Turnaround times, communication and response time. Impressive.

I can't think of any. Really impressed by their work, how they handle complex project and solutions offered / provided.

After the first design few years later, we did a redesign of the website to make it more appealing, and during all these times they have handled maintenance of the website.

A part from Project Manager, they have provided us with back-end developer, frond-end developer, graphic designer, content creator and QA engineer.
