Plan Digital Now was founded in 2025 by Lutz Eckelmann after 30+ years in digital transformation across Europe. Having seen too many companies locked into the wrong CRM by biased vendors, we built a consulting practice around one principle: honest, vendor-neutral advice. We help mid-market B2B teams pick, implement, and optimize the right CRM. Based in Spain, working remotely with clients in DACH, UK, and the USA in three languages.
