Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Website is OK. However this could have been built very easily by anybody with basic knowledge. There are many functions of the website which are currently still ongoing and no resolution has been offer.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their workflow is very ineffective. 6-10 chase up emails for every query.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very unique in that they are very helpful and respnsive at the selling stage , completely unresponsive once paid.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Every level needs improvement.
