After the graphic proposal we made some changes, and immediately they moved to the development phase in a quick and efficient time, they solved all the problems and difficulties encountered during the site testing phase

Pixbrand designed - from scratch - brand new website look/feel, architecture, graphics and code to support scaling e-comm sites. They provided the designs, coded them to our standards, and deployed them with speed. They also helped us with a complex WordPress migration to push data, code and designs from a previous vendor to a new hosting provider.

We don’t have any results or metrics yet because we’re still in the development phase, but all prototypes that Pixbrabd designed will launch. They delivered the user-friendly design that we wanted. Every executive in the company was pleased with Pixbrand’s top-notch work.

I have found that other design consultants become impatient and eager to hand over the design after 3–4 iterations; Pixbrand emphasized from the beginning of our partnership that they wouldn’t stop until we were 100% satisfied. Their team was incredibly receptive of the pitches and ideas that our internal designers sent them throughout the project. Our partnership was collaborative, transparent, and honest, which is not something you usually get.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were flexible and fluid. The team quickly adapted processes and amended deadlines to accommodate our needs. For instance, we initially had weekly meetings, but they were willing to meet daily for some projects and twice a week for others based on what we wanted. We used Teamwork for communication.

I wish I could offer something here, but any bumps we experienced were always worked out.

PixBrand team was courteous, hard working and were able to solve many complex coding challenges through creative thinking and collaboration. They are easy and pleasant to work with, and sincere in their intent.

My previous developer ran into some troubles and delayed my website go live. PixBrand team seamlessly picked-up the project and got me live in three months.

PixBrand team has excellent collaboration skills and attitude. They work extra hard to remove any difficulties in remote project management. They understood my requirements, documented them well and methodically coordinated the work completion through internal processes.

PixBrand is striving to always improve and deliver high quality work and delightful experience. Two areas they can further improve are: Communications and Coordination. Remote work requires extra efforts on clarifying things and getting back quickly to make sure the alignment of understanding.

Selected PixBrand after a number of zoom meetings, they fooled me and show proficiency in software knowledge by one person. Later, after we paid for milestone 1, we found that there are different teams working on the project with extremely poor coding skills.

The project was a transportation marketplace. It connects bus owners with possible customers, and the project gets 16% of each payment. The first stage was building the UI designs. Then UI web view on ReactJS, then build the API, then connect the API with the F/E.

One of them was our main point of contact, his position wasn't clear. He has no coding skills. Then after about a year of delay, their CEO became our main point of contact, He always ignore our messages.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project should have API and a F/E website. The API is worth 30% of the project, however, it's done poorly and almost finished 70% of it. The website UI is finished almost 99%, but they left the core of the website not working due to tons of major bugs. Overall, they finished about 60% of the whole project in 500% of the predicted time frame.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Nothing is completed on time. They actually don't have a programming team, they outsource the project tasks (I have evidence of this info). So, when they are stuck finding a new team to work on a task, they ignore all our messages.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their UI design is nice, but the quality is still poor, yet they don't handle it on time. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

- We wish they could hire serious programmers instead of outsourcing. - They need to be professional when messaging customers and not ignoring them. - I suggest they not provide any service related to Software Dev. because they are the world's worst company you could deal with.
