• A full frontend rebuild (React, Vite, TanStack, Tailwind, Radix) designed to handle the platform's data volume and update frequency. The existing frontend carried enough structural debt that a clean rebuild was the faster, lower-risk path.
• A new Fastify (Node.js) API layer as the primary application service, integrated with the existing Python/FastAPI microservices where they were functional - keeping and stabilizing what worked, and refining the rest
• The core AI intelligence layer: a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipeline over the ingested social data, enabling semantic and keyword search across the full corpus of tracked posts and signals. This powers the dashboard's automated insights and a conversational AI interface where traders can query the data directly and get answers grounded in our proprietary signal stack.
• Structured experiments across LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Grok) to find the right configuration for the product's context, rather than defaulting to the obvious choice.
• A second processing pipeline built in parallel mid-project: when we expanded to new data sources, they redesigned the processing architecture to handle them correctly, including the privacy and data-handling requirements that came with them.
• Production-grade security ahead of go-live: robust database access controls and secured API endpoints, with strict per-user data scoping.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We went from an early-stage product that needed a full team to a fully deployed platform in roughly six months. The platform went live in January 2026, on schedule, with its founding user community already in the system and testing before the public announcement. 
Along the way the team rebuilt the frontend from scratch, stood up a production-ready AI intelligence (RAG) layer, validated three LLM providers in production, and shipped two processing pipelines in parallel when scope expanded mid-project - all without slipping the launch window.

Very resposive via slack. Rarely missed a milestone, when unexcpeted problems araise, they notifed us upon discovery and were very helpful in redefining the technical requirements as needed.
