Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a co-founder and CMO at Slinger Bag, a sports brand focused on innovating game improvement technology and equipment, with the vision to become a connected sports company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Pichkaari Design Studio, and what were your goals?

We hired Pichkaari to design and develop our web presence which included an e-commerce website and a landing page for lead generation.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Pichkaari was recommended to me by a friend, after he had a good experience working with them on graphic and web development work.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We were looking at having our website redesigned and developed as per our new brand guidelines. We had a kick-off meeting followed by a small design workshop that helped formulate our thoughts and expectations. We had agreed on four key deliverables: the Brand Manual, UI/UX design, CMS-based front-end development, and Website maintenance.In addition, we needed digital creatives for our social channels that could showcase the intricate functioning of the product.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In the first phase, we had four people from the Pichkaari team comprising UX/UI designers, content writers, and senior art directors. And post the design milestones, we had a couple of developers and tech lead in the coding phase.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our Audience very well received the website. We saw a 5x increase in the number of site visitors, and our orders doubled in a brief span with the new site and creatives going live. We also saw a positive impact on brand retention among our target audiences because of the revamped branding.

It was amazing! We hadn't anticipated that the entire process from the idea to the delivered product would go so smoothly. The Pichkaari team was very responsive and kept up informed about every small development during the whole span of the project. We used notion trackers & slack to be on top of the schedule.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found the Pichkaari team to be a bunch of dynamic, experimental, and result-oriented professionals. In all honesty, the brief we gave the team wasn't the most elaborate. Still, Pichkaari gave its unique creative twist to ensure a fantastic finished website while not compromising critical metrics and conversions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No specific areas come to my mind. The team at Pichkaari nailed the job!

I am the founder of a PPC agency. We work with B2B and B2C clients in diverse sectors, with a focus on software and industrial products

I hired Pichkaari to rebuild the Metrics Matter website., which looked dated. My goal was to increase the conversion rate.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Pichkaari was referred by a friend/colleague. I reviewed samples of their design work and was impressed with what I saw.

Pichkaari assigned us a dedicated team of strategists and UX / UI designers who worked with us to understand the business goals and target segments. They then proposed an information architecture which we reviewed and approved. From there, Pichkaari designers suggested a color palette and theme and designed a new logo for Metrics Matter. They even helped with the content based on past experience. They used AdobeXD to share designs and get feedback. The project ran very smoothly, from concept to design to development to final handover and launch.

In total, we worked with 5 resources - 1 strategist, 1 UX designer, 1 graphic designer, 1 content writer and 1 developer

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We drive paid traffic to our website and the new design has helped lower bounce rate and increase conversion rate. It looks very professional

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had weekly phone calls to review progress. Daily communication was through email and Google tools - chat and meeting rooms. The team was easy to work with and very responsive

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Pichkaari went above and beyond the brief in delivering a usable and functional, professional website.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could have been a tad faster, however, given the quality of the work this was something we were ok with.
