We needed the capability to: Perform ongoing management and due diligence of our business partners. Use workflow to appoint new business partners & perform regular oversight.

We had regular and transparent dialogue with Perspective and tracked the agreed deliverables. Any items which could potentially lead to delays were flagged and escalated to underlying vendor technology promptly and resolved as a priority. We felt Perspective were invested in the ongoing success of the solution which kept everyone aligned to deliver.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

A relatively small team but personable and knowledgeable with complementary skillsets which are needed from a consultancy. Focussed on quality and ensuring delivery on time and to budget.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Perspective Technologies could have done differently?

Really minor point, and something all parties learned over the course of the relationship. When it came to the ongoing support and reliance on a specific technology stack, we felt Perspective could be more proactive to suggest potential and beneficial updates to the platform. Once this was suggested, they quickly embraced this and part of our regular calls discussed future solution roadmaps.
