Pellucid Labs' regularly tracked all levels of the progress against the project plan and timelines. They always made sure to develop high-quality product with the given timeline. The project manager kept us actively up-to-date on the current status of the project with timely status reports and any issues that arised during the development. Pellucid Labs' overall a very transparent and honest organization. They were very collaborative and very easy to work with throughout the project journey.

Nothing different that they have already done. No new recommendations.

Pellucid Labs' staff augmentation service helped us reduce costs by outsourcing software development projects to skilled and experienced engineering professionals at a lower cost. The project was to develop a new software application that integrates with our various systems, the cost of hiring and training in-house staff could be significantly higher than the cost of hiring a team of experienced professionals from Pellucid.

They used a variety of project management tools like Jira, Smartsheet and Agile development techniques to ensure that the project was on track and that all deliverables were met on time. They were also very proactive in communicating with us, keeping us updated on the project's progress and letting us know about any potential issues.
